Love SMFT! The trainers are so nice, easy to work with! Nathaniel has worked with my son on strength and agility and he loves it. The TheraRED option is so rad. I have been using the red light therapy and infra red sauna at Thera Red for a few months now and it has done wonders for my health. It has arrested my psoriasis outbreak, increased my energy level and facilitated muscle recovery after my workout. Got the chance and opportunity to try out Thera-red in RSM (located on the second floor at Self Made Training Facility) for the first time yesterday post lift. I highly, highly recommend!! Clean facility, super friendly and knowledgeable owner and staff and great experience!! They have stand up and lay down beds for red light therapy and as well as infrared saunas. Normally post lift, I’m completely gassed and exhausted but left Thera-red yesterday after lifting feeling relaxed, calm, and energized. 10/10 will definitely be going back!

So great to have red light therapy, PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) therapy, and infrared sauna all in one place *and* available for use 24/7 to fit all schedules! All three of these services have helped with my recovery after physical activity, helped with easing my chronic knee pains/inflammation so I can get back into activity quicker, and have me sleeping deeper through the night. There are also so many more benefits from red light therapy such as better skin, more energy, better mood, just to name a few. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The owner, Ian, is also so helpful and knowledgeable!

I've been using TheraRed consistently for the past week and have noticed an increase in my energy levels, more restful sleep and less need for stimulants. I've dealt with chronic fatigue most of my life and have found that infrared sauna and red light therapy really help me feel better. I have a physically demanding job and using these reduces muscle soreness. I can feel that the medical grade red lights activate all my cells. I feel stronger and balanced after using for 20 mins. I also enjoy the PEMF and grounding mats which enhance the overall experience.

Best of all, I don't have to book in advance. I sign myself in and use it when it works with my schedule. TheraRed is the strongest red light therapy I've had. I haven't been to the Dana point location yet but with the membership it's good to know I can go there anytime. This is much more relaxed environment than the sauna franchises in the area. That being said, you do need to bring your own towels.
