Amazing staff and experience! Dr. Gamble and Vicky always take great care of me! I showed up a day early for my appointment and Lena was amazing and helped me find an appointment and got me in the same day. What a wonderful experience every time I come they make me feel so much better and have hope for the future.!!

I would not recommend this place. You'll see and experience if you don't heed this warning. Doctors aren't friendly, Front desk people are just present and a dark waiting room. My first time there the doctor was perturbed when I didn't hear her call me in the waiting room...like kind of pissed. They sent the wrong prescription in(they sent a 12 day supply instead of 30) and then got stand offish when I called and asked if they could call the pharmacy with the correct amount. I would go somewhere else.

I see Lynn Gamble here. She is wonderful and caring. Thorough questioning to get my meds right. I have been coming here for several years and seen many of the doctors that work here. They have all been excellent.

Was dropped as a patient due to my communication towards them in attempting to get ANYONE to complete the LOA form.

Emailed the form AGAIN to them to complete and was told it would be done. The claims administrator says they have not received anything from the doctor so far.

I have been trying for over 5 WEEKS to get a Leave Of Absence form completed, and now so much time has elapsed that I now face the prospect of losing my job and health insurance (final due date for submittal 12/05/2024). I have called them over and over and explained the consequemces of their inaction, but to no avail. Their front office is completely unable to follow written directions or use a phone to contact your claims administrator (they will call you to and tell you to make the calls for them), and they will ask you to do the legwork with your Administrator. If I lose my job, I lose my health insurance as well, and will be unable to make the mortgage payments on my house so I'll lose that too. When that happens, I'll have nothing left to lose. You have until 5pm PST on Thursday, December 5th, 2024 to get your front office in order and properly complete and submit the requested paperwork. You know who I am because I've been call8ng you over and over and over.

I can agree about the reviews on this place. My Psychiatrist was Lynn Gambles for a while and I genuinely can not believe she has been through any medical training or psychiatric training. So unprofessional, dismissive, and uneducated. Upped my dose without my knowledge and without reason which lead to me getting sick. PLEASE dont send yourselves or your loved ones here

I gave it 4 appointments. This place and the people working here are trained in being legal drug pushers. Lynn Gamble is unprepared, there is no review of your chart prior to the appointment. The appointment is wasted reviewing things we discussed in prior appointments so it fees like there is no forward progress and only time to discuss pharmaceuticals. When I try to discuss things she seems annoyed and pressed for time. She was mainly concerned with getting me on this 'new medication.' I said I wanted to try the tried and true and in subsequent appointments she kept trying to get me to try the new med. Makes me beyond suspicious of their intentions with my health. I suppose I'm hoping to find the initial issue, not just simply mask it. This facility is not here to help with that goal. It feels like it's take the drugs or get out, and we don't want to hear or provide any suggestions otherwise.

Dr. Itner and staff have gone above and beyond for the care of a family member. Prescriptions are always called in, we've never had any issues!

I see a lot of negative reviews, but I will say that I’ve had great experiences here so far. I was hospitalized twice in 2023 then referred to therapeutic solutions. Ms. Gamble has been great. She listens to me, and explains my medications thoroughly and answers any questions I have. I feel as though she’s easy to talk to, and non judgmental, definitely wants the best for her patients. I haven’t had any problems thus far, and I really appreciate the team there for helping me in some of the hardest times of my life.
