I can’t even begin to properly explain the relief I felt once I knew that the Key was part of our lives.

We knew our Aunt in California was changing but also had our hands full in Michigan when her status had shifted from being OK to definitely not safe alone and in less than 24 hours the key was able to send out a caregiver. Everyone at the Key has communicated with us and sent very helpful info that is helping us get her to Michigan and into an assisted-living facility in Michigan.

I would definitely recommend The Key to have thoughtful, intelligent, and helpful caregivers for your loved one.

We sure found the best place for full-time care for our 89 year old Mom who has dementia. Sarah the manager of care came out to our home and spent a lot of time talking to our Mom and us before sending us, Terri, the caregiver. Our Mom was really overjoyed with Terri, they played cards, went on walks, had lots of great meals and tons of laughs…. I’m so glad we found the Key first!

It was very late at night, after taking my mother to the emergency room, they would not keep her, and my sister and I frantically were making phone calls to find some caregivers that could come immediately. It was after 10 PM. We left messages for several organizations, and The Key were the first to call back. I had left my phone in the car when we got back to our mom’s house. Maria Prudhont called four times, and I was so thankful she tried to reach me until I answered. They sent someone immediately! Everyone was amazing. Elizabeth Walsh is the nurse supervisor. Sarah Prestley is the client services manager. Jenna Busa is the oversight manager. Khatera Rahin is the client success manager. And most importantly, the nurses and caregivers were absolutely amazing. I could not have handled this on my own!
