Was pleasantly surprised that The Women's Place has Saturday appointments! I work in healthcare, so a weekend appointment is so convenient. My appointment was on 11/16/24, Amber at the front desk was so welcoming and helpful. Christi performed my (painless!) mammogram. I can’t say enough great things about this facility. Starting with the wonderful receptionist at the front desk, Theresa. This was the best experience I have had getting a mammogram. Katrina was so gentle and sweet. I will come here for all my follow up mammograms!

I went with my wife to an appt here and was pretty shocked at the treatment of us both. We don’t wear masks. That’s our choice and it doesn’t effect others in any way besides possibly your own mental anguish. The lady at the front desk (Theresa) asked if we had masks. We did not so she attempted to get us to wear masks by “giving us masks to wear”. We politely declined the masks and my wife gave her insurance card and id. When Theresa was finished she just tossed them on the counter and closed the window. The window that was open the entire time prior to our declining the masks. Also the standard is to call the patient to the window to return the cards due to PII but again because we choose not to wear masks we are treated rudely. This behavior is not professional and not necessary.

Receptionist was rude after she realized I wasn’t going to wear my mask. She threw my insurance and ids on the counter in front and shut the window. She needs to put her personal opinions aside when at a professional work place.

Scheduled all three test on same day which was convenient. Staff very friendly especially Kacy who was sweet and compassionate.
