0 stars if I could. Very unhappy.
I want to share my experience as a husband to help others avoid the frustration we went through. This place has been a complete nightmare from the very beginning, especially for my wife, who is pregnant with our first child. From a three-hour wait just for a confirmation appointment to constant administrative mistakes, it’s clear this practice is completely disorganized.

They booked my wife’s appointments at the wrong locations and took no accountability for their errors. They overcharged her copay until she caught it and took weeks to process a simple prescription through insurance. The practice, owned by the Gerarity family, feels like a money-making machine that doesn’t care about the well-being of their patients.

While some of the doctors are great—Dr. Lei was kind and knowledgeable—the administration undermines everything. The call center is a disaster, the staff lacks communication, and patients constantly pay the price for their mistakes. I’ve seen women turned away from appointments due to scheduling errors, and the receptionists, while kind, are left to deal with all the angry patients because of poor management.

One of the worst moments was when they scheduled my wife for a test they no longer provide (effective January 2025), and after waiting over an hour, the doctor just smiled and told her she shouldn’t even be there. How is that acceptable? The complete lack of coordination and care is shocking.

On top of it all, I wasn’t even allowed to sit with her in the office at the Altamonte location—I had to wait outside in the freezing cold. The whole experience felt dismissive, stressful, and unprofessional. As her husband, it was incredibly frustrating to see her treated this way during such an important time in her life.

If you want your pregnancy to be a positive experience, avoid this practice at all costs. Trust me, we would rather go anywhere else than deal with this again.

Couldn’t have had a better experience. Front desk ladies were complete gems. My nurse was warm and friendly. And Dr. Larissa Guerrero was so kind- I couldn’t have felt more comfortable with her. Would recommend 10/10

First time here and it was a great experience. Easy to book an appointment, front desk was polite and efficient, my APRN was extremely nice and listened and made me feel comfortable. The wait time was very minimal. I would recommend to anyone looking for a good GYN.

Worst experience. They don’t charge your insurance, they charge you then make claims whenever they decide and keep the money from you and insurance for ā€œfuture appointmentsā€. They don’t care about your well being or the babies. The worst billing team and policies. The owner/Director Douglas is a scam and has zero compassion for women/babies. I Ilegally discharging me without any transition at 30 weeks. Calling after hours just so unprofessional and very uncaring. Watch out.

KNOW YOUR INSURANCE COVERAGE!!! I have been a patient of this practice for many years (seen at multiple offices). Never had a problem with billing until 2024/2025. Was overcharged by $40 at two regular gynecologist office visits then was overcharged for my first prenatal appt at 6 weeks by $190! When I questioned the front desk, billing department, and other personnel they insisted they were right but stated if they got an EOB back from my insurance and they overcharged then they would simply give me a refund. I did a 3 way call with my insurance the day after my 6 week appt and they confirmed with the office that they overcharged me and the office’s response was again ā€œWe will give her a refund once we get the EOB backā€. They do give you refunds no problem, if you ask, but I fear for the patients who don’t catch this or question their copays. Do your research! I ended up switching to a different OB and my first visit was immediately estimated at the correct amount.

Everyone was so nice. They let me know right away that Dr. White was running behind, that was fine. I traveled 1 1/2 hours to see her, so her running behind was no problem. She was really nice, made me feel at ease, explained in detail the procedure that I needed and what I needed to do before arriving. I am so glad that I found her. I will gladly make the trip and wait if she is running behind! The entire office was awesome!!
