I can’t recommend Manabu and this training center enough! My boyfriend used to do personal training here before and he recommended we both come since we are trying to start living healthier. I feel so good after each workout. Manabu knows exactly what exercises to start you with and he’s really motivating! I’ve had issues before committing to any sort of exercise routine, but I look forward to each session here because I know I’m improving myself and working out in a positive environment. I’m so sad I’m moving out of the state or I’d continue coming here indefinitely. If you want to work on yourself, get long-lasting results, and have a really chill and experienced trainer, you NEED to come here!

Manabu is the one of the most kind, understanding, intelligent, and caring people I’ve ever met. He has completely changed my life for the better and anyone who is willing to put in the work and effort will see amazing results for whatever they’re wanting to improve in. If you are looking for a place where you want to get in shape then you have found it Manabu is a awesome trainer. Even in a group he focuses on you. He gears it towards your ability and will push you to be even better, but is very sensitive to any issues you may have. This is a safe and friendly environment. I have been going here for a year and a half and I am in the best shape for a 45 year old - the new 75.

I can't say enough about the personal care and concern Manabu has for his clients. He watches my alignment and muscles at every workout and knows just when to move me forward or tend with any issues I may be having. This is the first time in my long life that I have been able to make the physical and mental progress to improve my health and strength without injury and with out extremely sore muscles. I have never felt more strong and powerful. I recently went through spinal decompression surgery due to obsessive horseback riding. I am so grateful for Manabu's strength training as I never felt unstable during my recovery and was able to manage every day tasks because I could squat with stability and confidence without subverting my recovery protocol, BLT. No bending, lifting or twisting. I have also watched my workout buddies recover much better than expected for major surgeries such as heart and kidney. One retired friend was able to hike difficult parts of the wall of China after training with Manabu. I still hike Yosemite waterfalls twice a year with more strength than ever. It's so worth the time and effort to be your best self at any age. Thank you Manabu!

This is the place to come to, if you are ready and committed to get in the ABSOLUTE BEST SHAPE of your life! Manabu has an amazing environment to work out in...if you are the shy type, don't worry! He will make you at ease and he works great with EVERY single client of his!! He got me in the BEST shape, when I was more active back in 2017~ish...He is very professional and works with you to meet your personal goals!! Even if you have those days, where you feel sluggish, tired, grumpy, etc, he will push you to the maximum limit YOU are only capable of, and you will END UP feeling SO MUCH BETTER afterwards...He has a very positive outlook on life and in general!! He NOT only is a great trainer, but became a great friend of mine over the years!! And I do DEFINITELY have to agree with Jacob's comment, as Manabu IS THE MOST KIND, INTELLIGENT, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE TRAINER AND PERSON, I have known by far, and when you do get to know him, he is one of the FUNNIEST people out there (then again, I talk A LOT, and can go on and on, LOL!!!)...If YOU are willing and put all your effort to participate in his individual/group workouts, then YES, you will see AMAZING RESULTS!!!! (If you eat healthy already, then you have absolutely NO WORRIES, and will see quicker results!!!) The environment is very welcoming, has a bright and positive aura, and just makes you want to keep coming back!! He is a very easy-going person and is very easy to talk to!! He listens when you need to vent, and pays close attention to your areas you need work on (butt, legs, arms, etc)!! He is the BEST trainer I have ever known!! 5-STARS ALL ACROSS THE BOARD FOR MEEEEEEEEE, THANK YOU MANABU!!!!!
