Scott and Sherry were super amazing at this particular UPS store. They so always go above and beyond to help you. Everything is nicer and Niceville even having to ship out sentimental items after losing a loved one. They handled our items and our shipping with care, organized a lot of misc boxes, packed things up well- we super appreciate you guys.

I've visited the UPS Store in Niceville numerous times. Every time I have received excellent customer service! Recently I needed a banner made and had been working with an online company for a couple of weeks. That company could not ever give me a good, clear proof of the image on the banner and was no help providing guidance of what I needed to provide. I sent Mike at the UPS store all the art I had provided to the other company and almost immediately he returned a beautiful proof to me. He didn't need anything further from me to produce the product I had been working on for too long with the other guys. If you need a good graphic artist to help you with your project, ask for Mike. We couldn't be happier!!!

You can always tell what kind of manager there is by the attitude of the employees. Let me tell you that this store has the best of both! All employees have a "can do" attitude and always find a way to make things happen. I especially appreciate this as we travel for work for weeks at time. Scott and his staff are always available to help me with any issue or project I have as I'm rolling down the road. I frequent other stores in other cities with employees and magangers that always say "no". No coupons, no box holder discounts, limits on notary, etc. Never at this store. Recently, Mike was extremely helpful in editing a difficult document that was time sensitive. He got it done for me as promised and even stayed late to show me how to do it in the future. You just can't beat this place!!! Thanks guys:)

I was working with Sherry in the Niceville office and I had a package that was due to be returned the day before deadline. I did not realize that the only place that I could return it was at Whole Foods which I wasn't able to go and do that at this time. So the only way to do this was to cancel the return and start it over again however when I did that it canceled the return and said it was too late I could no longer return it. She was sweet enough to give me the Amazon customer service number I called them they extended and I was able to get the new return label printed at their store and she was able to put it on the package and get it sent out for me and I was able to get refunded on something I could not use. She was extremely friendly knowledgeable and so so helpful and I want to make sure that other people know what a great customer service representative she is and that UPS has got a really wonderful employee. Sadly, this location is extorting customers during the holidays. I placed an order and the seller gave the option to hold the shipment at a local UPS (adult signature required). I chose this option. No fee was published at the time. No fee was indicated during the entire transit. I arrived to pick up the three boxes and then was told there was a $20 fee. The seller was unaware and said as much when I called. The UPS manager was adamant and showed zero concern it compassion--pay the fee or my package would not be released. This was 6 days before Christmas. It is extortion. The customer either pays this fee or the seller pays the return shipping with the customer left disappointed for Christmas--either way UPS profits at customer expense. The seller agreed to refund the $20 so I agreed to the charge and handed the manager a $20 bill. He then said it was $21.40 because he added tax. This is not allowed by Florida law since no goods were exchanged and there is no tax on a fee. I've had packages held here for years. This is a first. It will also be my last at this location. Shameful that UPS would use the holidays to extort their customers.

I recently visited the UPS Store located at 1512 John Sims Pkwy E, Niceville, FL 32578-2143, and was shocked to discover they charge $3.48 for printing a single piece of paper. This is an outrageous markup for such a basic service, especially in a community like ours where fair pricing should be the standard.

For comparison, most other places charge a fraction of this price for the same service. While I understand the need to cover overhead costs, this level of pricing feels like it’s taking advantage of customers who may not have other options.

I urge the store to reconsider their pricing policies to reflect more reasonable rates and ensure they’re providing a service that is accessible to everyone. Until then, I recommend exploring alternative locations for your printing needs.
