I should have written this review sooner. Sandee has been my esthetician for over a year. What a remarkable change I see in my skins texture and brightness. There is no hard sell which I appreciate. However I did buy a tinted moisturizer. My favorite product ever. I always keep money on account and have locked in my price. The personnel are professional easy to deal with and yes they want your business and they are more than willing to work for it. Please give this salon a try, you won’t be sorry.

I went and had a facial done and it was amazing!! She talked me through everything she was doing and it felt beyond amazing!!!! Everyone was super friendly and I can’t wait to to get my massage and another facial in mouth!

I drove from Panama City to Niceville to come to Merle Norman. The Merle Norman in Destin Commons had unfortunately closed. The sales person was very helpful! Things went downhill when she called the owner. She (the owner) got on the phone with my wife and proceeded to berate her about the behavior of our 7 yr. old. Needless to say, WE WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS BUSINESS! And to boot, they didn't have the product my wife was looking for....Ebay, here I come!
