All staff is super friendly and helpful. One complaint I have is how the facility is run in the sense of no managers being present when needed and the concierge and other staff seem to be overwhelmed by either lines of people or simply trying to keep up. All amenities are very nice from the pools to the spas and gym. Would recommend attentive managers to assist with clients requests not a concierge with limited access and knowledge struggling to upkeep when there’s people in positions made to help in these exact situations is unacceptable

Personally LOVEEEE this spa! So many things to enjoy within the spa and it’s really clean. The pool and pool bar is really nice and the food tastes great. The beach set up is nice and it’s very private. The locker area and showers are also really clean. Highly recommend this. I’ve brought my mom and my best friends and they’ve all loved it.

Wow! I had an amazing birthday spa/beach day! Everyone was so sweet with genuine smiles! The beach service was nice. The spa amenities were really lovely. It was fun to try new things like the “storm immersion showers” and the igloo! The massage was wonderful and relaxing. I am going to unsolicited suggest this place to anyone talking about going to Miami. It’s not the nicest day spa that I’ve been to, but with a Groupon or ResortPass or something along those lines, it’s worth it!

It was very run down and old. Better spas to visit. Not sure why so many people like it here.

There is also no place to sit and relax if you want a break from the sauna, steam room etc. the employees were very friendly I did like the rainforest room for lack of better terms.

It is very hard to make initial contact however our experience here was absolutely impeccable. My massage was one of the very best I’ve had. The spa, food, and beach access make this an AMAZING self care day. Also the bar makes an amazing French 75, but be cautious bc the food and drink items are very pricey. Overall great experience

Had a massage yesterday with Eva and she was AMAZING. She got all of the knots out and was just so intuitive and warm. I knew I was in terrific hands and highly recommend her. One of the best massages I’ve gotten and if we lived here, would go to her regularly.

Once checked in, Oliver, Andrés, and Ramón move with the quiet precision of seasoned guides, ensuring that from the moment you step inside, there’s nothing left for you to figure out. No stress, no decisions. Just surrender.

Start at the rooftop pool, where the Atlantic stretches endlessly before you, reminding you of your place in the world—small, fortunate, here. The gym, if you’re inclined, is a temple of sweat and steel, but today is about something deeper. The massage—strong hands working through the knots of a life lived too fast. And then the pools: warm, weightless, somewhere between floating and dreaming. The 175-degree sauna will scorch the sins right out of you, purging whatever toxins and bad decisions still linger. The steam room—dense, almost alive—wraps around you, coaxing relaxation from muscles you didn’t even know were clenched.

Then, the igloo room. A cold shower that jolts you awake, resetting your nervous system, forcing you to feel everything. Blood rushing, lungs expanding, alive again.

Wonderful, luxurious spa. Great treatment- I did the orange ginger body treatment which was part body scrub, part crazy shower light show, part light lotion massage and part scalp massage. Free valet parking. Complimentary access to adults only pool with awesome beach views and a stone jacuzzi. The thermal suites were lovely too! Multiple colored and aromatherapy showers, hot tub, lounge area, multiple saunas of various temperatures. Foot tub. Coffee and tea station. Offered champagne! Thank you!
