On a recent trip to Orlando my Pride GoGo Elite mobile scooter had some electrical issues and I needed it serviced immediately. I selected The Scooter Doctor based on its great reviews and was not disappointed. Although about 15-20 minutes away from the Orlando Entertainment District the Ocoee shop was well worth the quick drive for friendly and professional service. I arrived shortly after opening and was greeted by Irene. She did quick assessment of the issues with my scooter and determined that I needed to leave it for the technician to perform a more detailed diagnosis of the problem. She reviewed the cost of the diagnostic service and summarized my options. I agreed to leave my scooter, paid the fee for the complete diagnostic and overall service and accepted a loaner scooter. She called me later that afternoon and said the technician had found the problem and completed the service. AND there were no additional charges. I returned the next morning to pick up my scooter and return the loaner. Irene was not there but Andrew provided equally courtesy and professional service. I highly recommend the Scooter Doctor Ocoee FL location. They are committed to quality sales, rentals, and service. Ramos was the technician who repaired my scooter. It performed well after the service and ran like a new scooter during a full day of activities in Orlando. If I ever need to purchase a new scooter I will call them because of the great service I received on this visit.

I highly recommend Mobility City of Orlando for your mobility scooter diagnostic needs. They are wonderful. I have a huge new scooter which they came and picked up, took it back to their shop, tested it, found the problem, replaced and fine tuned everything kept in regular touch with me by email and were as nice as could be. It's back home now all fixed up and I'm so happy! It was such a pleasure to deal with them and I'd do it again in a heartbeat!

I needed help getting my mother's wheelchair repaired. Mobility City wasn't licensed to work on her specific brand but Wendy was amazing at finding me someone that could do the repair. When the other shop couldn't get to us in time, they even offered to try and do the repair if we could get the part. This team knows the importance of having the wheelchair mobility and independence. I am so thankful for this team and their compassion. If you can use them please do. They deserve your business and I have complete faith they will not let you down!!!

Ditto to the other positive reviews. After our much needed stairlift stopped working after business hours, a voicemail to Care Mobility resulted in a caring, concerned and reassuring call back from Wendy early the next morning. George came to our home later that day and consulted with the manufacturer in south Florida via phone. The manufacturer seemed convinced it was a battery problem. But two new battery changes later, the chair still didn’t work. At that point, Wendy and Frankie joined George at our home and stayed late until the chair was operational. The next day Frankie returned again to fine tune the fix. These three helpers truly put compassionate care in their mobility products. They know how dependent clients are. We’re so glad we purchased from them.

I can’t recommend this place enough. Wendy was so helpful in letting my mom try out all of the walkers and scooters in her store. In the end, it made more sense for my mom to get a scooter. She helped my mom with understanding how her scooter worked, how to take it apart and charge the battery. Not only was Wendy super-helpful, but Frank was too. He showed my mom the safest way to put the scooter in her car! Care Mobility was top-notch and so glad we found them! If it wasn’t for them, we may have gotten something that wasn’t practical for my mom and her impending surgery! So thankful for the wonderful team there! They are a class act!

Wendy was so friendly and responsive. She was able to get my mom the equipment that she needed quickly and had the expertise to help us figure out what was the best equipment for our situation. The rental rates were very affordable and Wendy made the whole process so easy! I highly recommend!
