I have had nothing but positive experiences at the priority care center. This is the first NP office I have been to that I feel like takes the time to listen to me. I do feel like care is priority here. I’ve always been made to feel comfortable and that my concerns are valid.

This practice uses an App for all of the medical communication, appointments, etc., which is highly cumbersome and seemed inappropriate and lazy for medical business practices. I never found the App helpful. I also never really felt happy going here and I never experienced a true human connection with the staff. Therefore, there was never a bond of trust or respect gained by anyone. I recommend looking for highly recommended practitioners and trying your hardest to get one of those options in this severely medical provider-limited area before choosing this location as your backup plan.

Absolutely Horrible. Dropped my insurance. Then had someone call me, Shawna, who asked if I have a new provider (who cares since they didn’t have a referral for me anyway), but I cannot call back because their recorded message does not list her as a choice. Horrible.

Be sure to pay your bill ASAP once it is received - they send to collections within 3 months of date of service (even if it takes a month for insurance to process and a bill to be sent).

Avoid this place, they are only interested in money, not your care. They will drop you like a rock if you go on Medicare.
