I’ve been avoiding writing a review for Motherhood Space because I knew it would mean reflecting on my most challenging times in the trenches of postpartum. I cannot say enough great things about Motherhood Space. As a first time mom and military spouse, my postpartum journey felt so heavy, confusing and frustrating. After the first session, I could literally feel the weight on my back lighten. To be able to share space with other moms and hear their stories was truly life changing. Motherhood Space completely changed my perspective of the motherhood struggle. I felt so validated and welcomed by everyone there. They also provide tailored group programming based on topics you want to explore. I wish every city offered Motherhood Space for moms! 10/10 would recommend to anyone who is contemplating getting started.

I am beyond grateful for this program! Dr. Garrett and Dr. Thames are amazing at what they do. They really see you and care. The program is set up in a way to provide everything you need. It doesn't feel clinical. It is a super relaxing and inviting atmosphere. I've already been passing along this resource to other new moms. If you are in need just reach out, I promise you won't be disappointed! I think every mother could benefit from this. It has completely changed my postpartum journey for the best! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the important work you ladies are doing!

A necessity all mothers should have access to. The mother hood space made me feel heard. While helping me work through the struggles of being a new mom. I suggest anyone struggling with PMADS to check them out!
