Even though I personally know two of the wellness coordinators at The Joint, it was my first time in the Mt. Dora location as a patient. While completing my paperwork and waiting for the doctor to see me, I observed Brianne in the role of checking in several patients. She was efficient and professional with each and greeted each warmly. When Dr. Holden called me back, I was taken to an adjustment table and we had a bit of an interview during which he discussed my statements on the intake paperwork. I felt the assessment was thorough and that my care would be tailored to my personal needs. He followed up my adjustment with a recommendation for some stretches for at home care and mentioned the financial benefit to a wellness package or plan for ongoing treatment as needed but there was no hard sell at all. I had a most pleasant experience and scheduled my next appointment for next week!

I have seen most of the doctors here and this (Mt. Dora) healing facility is amazing. The staff are very kind and helpful. I am super happy I chose to join the monthly membership at The Joint Chiropractic. The military discount is very nice also. I am feeling much better since my injury, and maintaining my progress. My range of motion is coming back to normal!

I move a lot for work and have been to many chiropractors (including 4 The Joint locations nationally) and this is my favorite location by far. I waited to post a review until I have worked with every doctor: Dr Hector, Dr Yang, Dr Katie, Dr Holden, Dr Angel, Dr Jamie, & Dr Ortiz (sorry if I missed anyone) and they are all fantastic and care a lot. Sometimes the clinic gets a little busy, but it’s a good thing because they do a great job and take the time needed for each patient and make sure everyone is happy. The front staff is always cheerful and welcoming as well and is courteous with patient’s time. All around it is an amazing place with professional staff who genuinely care about patient’s wellbeing. Thanks for being here 🙂
