I initially went to MainStreet Family Care (65, exit 181). THEY WERE TERRIBLE. It was 3:45pm, NOT A PERSON in the waiting room which I thought was a good sign. I scanned the QR Code to get started, and I was quickly told they weren’t taking any more appointments today (despite being 3:45, nobody there, and open until 8pm). I tried to use the device to talk to a live person, but all that did was connect to me their HQs which wasn’t helpful at all. There wasn’t a single human in that building that came out to speak with me. Another lady came in, and I gave her a heads up. She informed me that she had been waiting four hours out in the parking lot for her results. INSANE.

So, a friend recommended Jackson. They were GOLD. They were friendly, they were quick, they were helpful. Within 20 minutes of getting there, I was already in a back room getting some tests done. Destiny Mathis saw the issues, gave me some meds on the spot and called in a couple more. For the first time in 12 days, there’s been relief from the sickness. I probably wouldn’t have left a review, but after experiencing the other place that should be shut down, it was such a pleasant experience coming to Jackson and working with the staff there. Highly recommend!

I wasn't impressed with the young lady answering the phones. Was in hold for 10 minutes, I guess she thought I would hang up. But once I was there, they got me in quickly, and the nurse practitioner was fabulous. Will go again!

I had a deep cut on lower leg..Everything went well. Both nurse practioners collaborated to sew up my cut. They did a great job and made me feel well taken care of.But had to call back later because of bleeding. The person who talked to me was very dismissive, short and unprofessional.

I’ve have been using The clinic for around two years was ok the the best. The Office has never answered the phone I don’t know why but if someone answered the phone they wouldn’t be getting 200000 emails a day and a patient would be able to get something done over the phone it would be most satisfying for the patients they help.

I had to come back and leave a comment after seeing all the others. I went there yesterday checked in waited about 15 minutes went back. Got my vitals. Waited about another 10 or 15 to see a Doctor Who is very professional and made me immediately ask her to be my primary doctor. Had a blood sample. My lab work came back the next day. I would highly recommend this office.

Couldn't find a doctor taking new patients but called Jackson and they said come in. Never wait long and great staff!

Fast friendly service. Except today. Monday given antibiotics for sore throat and cough. When I left building I started getting pink eye. Grandson is in town. Think that is where that started. After 3 days throat is worse and cough is in my chest and non productive. I was told the nurse pract. That saw me was off. I can go to drug store and get over counter for cough. 1st I didn't ask for cough med. I was offered that on Monday. I was hoping to get steroid shot. Can I get a refund from doctors since receptionist is practicing medicine?
After 8 days of being sick and wanting to die I went to a different medical facility. They diagnosed acute cough, acute bronchitis, acute sore throat and tested for covid and strep. Given steroid shot and differnt antibiotics and Antibiotic shot. AFC was great to me. Jackson normally is my go to place. I left a bad review on voice mail. Everytime I call it rings about 50 times and goes to VM. If I call on a different phone they answer immediately. Have done this for three days. SMH

They left me in an exam room waiting for a shot for a very long time because they lost my paperwork. Now They can’t tell me my test results the day after my visit because they’re too busy. And I thought AFC was bad.
