Bad diet is the #1 cause of preventable disease, so why does InterMed allow Elior CEO Brian Poplin to sit on its board of directors. Elior serves far too many known disease-causing meat, poultry, and egg products — even to patients healing in healthcare facilities. Intermed must address this conflict of interest. Now!
