Never have I ever had a Doctor Who was so caring! She went over every test I’d ever had in her exam room with me present. Commenting on all of the tests, if they were good or what was concerning. What I really liked is that she fully explained and planned out my regime & future testing I would need in the upcoming months.

First encounter here and I appreciate not only the staff but also Dr. Ali. He answers all your questions and concerns and provides feedback. He has a great attitude and very friendly right off the bat. I loved coming here and will return for my next appointments. I highly recommend him!

The office in Clovis is nice, they're using a self check in kiosk, which will hopefully streamline the check in process and decrease one's wait time, once the patients exit their learning curve. Dr Rathi is wonderful! She listened to my concerns and even though I didn't spend a lot of time with her in the exam room, I never felt rushed. The office staff are pleasant as well.

Doctor Rathi was overbooked and didn't see me until 15mins before closing. I waited at the clinic for 2hours. My appointment started at 3:15, I was there at 2:55, and wasn't seen by the doctor until 4:45.

When I finally did see her, I explained that I have struggled with doctors not taking my medical concerns seriously. I was assured she would listen. After giving evidence of my BP being way too high for a long time, with a resting HR of 40's-50's, my HR going from the 30's and jumping up to 100's on milliseconds while at rest, and explaining I was diagnosed with a heart murmur at birth, she still said "You're young, you'll be fine". Obviously I'm not fine if I have to see a cardiologist. She discriminated against my right to accessing care because of my age. For extra context, I run, regularly, I did a 5k back in December and won. I stopped drinking energy drinks months ago, I started only drinking two cups of coffee a day, and now I don't drink caffeine. Still, on my worst days, my BP can spike up to 187/114 with a pulse of 65. Did she bother to look at the records I've been keeping of my BP? Notice that before I started BP meds there were multiple times I was in stage 2 or above hypertension? Nope. Didn't even check. Didn't want to listen that I had an episode early that day where I passed out. That apparently wasn't important enough to listen to. Yeah I loved that I couldn't get my BP lower than 165/119 for about an hour. All while my HR stayed between 60-69. That's not normal.

She tried to blame my students as a reason why my BP is so high. What? My job is wonderful. My students are treasures. I'm on Blood Pressure medication and it's still difficult to manage my BP even when I'm home relaxing. I had high BP before I worked at this job. It doesn't take a genius to read the room.

After pushing that I didn't care if I was young she said she would order the tests and "It's probably nothing". I have been gaslit about my health for my entire life.

With all due respect, until she has actually finished evaluating what's going on, gathered enough information, and made a logical conclusion, then she doesn't have the knowledge to know if any of her statements are true. I was disrespected and my concerns were dismissed. She better pray to whatever God/gods she believes in that there isn't something wrong and if there is, she needs to be ready to swallow her pride and apologize to me. I am so sick of doctors acting like their patients are less than cattle in a barn.

Besides Dr.Rathi, the rest of her staff were pleasant and nice.

Fantastic cardiologist and great staff. Very kind and professional. Dr. Sandhu has outstanding diagnostic skills. His care was crucial for my husband; and now he did a successful surgical procedure on me.

I really appreciated Dr Shradha Rathi MD, FACC she was kind thorough and seemed to have a genuine concern for her patients. Doctor addressed all my concerns and treated me like my concern was her concern as well. She took a great approach to get me all the tests I needed to insure my heart was her priority. Amanda Tymn and Dr Javed are amazing at their jobs!! This was my first visit and I didn’t wait long at all. They offered self check in and check out was so easy with the friendly staff at The Heart Group. I was very impressed with the help I received in changing a medication that was causing me to have a horrible cough. Also, Dr. Javed ordered two tests to check an abnormality!! Long story short, I arrived with much concern and left knowing that I was in very good and capable hands!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!! ❤️
