I took the 8 week Grief Recovery Method workshop with Bob & Bobbie Rill. I went in with an open mind to have a better understanding of the grief process and came out with so much more! I feared grief & all the pain and feelings that went with it. I learned that to recover from loss, it doesn't mean you are letting go of your loved one...you are just better prepared for when those feelings of loss come up. There is no shame or embarrassment or apologies needed when you are suffering from loss. Their program is highly effective with all different types of grief and loss. It helps and it works.

It does not have to be death, it can be so many areas of your life such as Moving, Retirement, Empty Nesting, Loss of Pet, etc. The group class gave me so many tools to be able to navigate the grief in my life.
