I'm not exaggerating that Dr T changed my life.

I started getting sick 6-7 years ago, but I was so ill 5 years ago that my life paused. I used to travel a ton, some years I was on a plane every month. The last trip I took 5 years ago I was so sick that I stayed in my hotel room the entire time. Here were some of my symptoms over the years- gained 100 pounds very quickly, lost hair, odd hair growth, cysts grew in various places, tight chest, rapid breathing, numbness in my arms, sharp pains, crippling depression, heart murmurs, acne, eczema, unexplainable anxiety, vertigo, & more. I spent nearly $20k of my own money after insurance on so many tests from specialists. All the same response - I'm fine. I ate very healthy, exercised regularly, quit caffeine, quit my stressful job, tried many supplements & suggestions all to no avail.

Then I found Dr T. He had me do a large blood panel & the first thing he said to me was "wow you must be in so much pain". FINALLY I felt validated! My cholesterol was out of the roof & most my organs were so clogged they weren't functioning properly therefore my body wasn't absorbing nutrients from food therefore all my symptoms! I knew what caused the initial sickness, but I just needed someone to figure out how to fix me. I was put on an eating & supplement routine. The first 2 days were so weird because I felt my body processing what it was ingesting for the first time in so long. The 3rd night I slept for the first time freely without strategic pillows keeping my own throat from choking myself. My lymph nodes were so inflamed that it impacted my sleep & breathing. The first week I slept nearly 12 hours a day because I needed to catch up on years of insomnia. As the program continued I had so much energy, it didn't hurt to simply get up anymore, I lost some weight (I was so inflamed), my skin cleared, my hair is stunning, & so much more.

The 3 month program was very easy to follow. Now that I'm out of it I continue to eat along the diet because it makes me feel so good. I'm staying in touch with Dr T to continue some of my favorite supplements as well. I love his entire staff and massively appreciate their work. Btw I flew again for the first time in 5 years & had zero issues. Anxiety who?! 🤗🤩

I have been a patient of Dr. Tuchinsky for approximately 8-9 weeks, and this is my success story! However, I will summarize my health issues. Being plagued with stomach problems my whole life has been a real struggle. I've had constipation on and off since I was a teen (I am 72 now) Later,in my 40's, I developed IBS. Sometimes the symptoms lasted for months, sometimes days. Once I felt better though, the bloating, pain & constipation associated with IBS would eventually return. It was an endless cycle that I didn't know how to break. At some point I started getting GERD, acid reflux. and took both over the counter and prescription meds for it. These pills only helped somewhat. I probably took some type of medication every day. I tried changing my diet, educating myself & taking different natural supplements. However, nothing worked entirely or for very long. I was frustrated, but thought that this was something I would just have to live with.
Now comes the good part of my story! I have lots more energy, no IBS, no ACID REFLUX, no constipation, and I am never hungry!
I lost 13 #'s which is a small miracle since I could never lose the weight I had gained. I eat healthy foods for me and it seems I have healed my gut.
So, do I reccomend FUNCTIONAL MEDICINE and specifically, Dr. Tuchinsky to my friends? You bet! I can't thank Dr. T and his staff(Ashley and Shelby) enough for all their support, guidance and encouragement!

I was so tired of being tired!!!! I decided to do something different from conventional medicine. My symptoms: constant fatigue, low energy, arthritis, thyroid issues and memory fog. After some research , and reading GREAT reviews , I found Dr T !! I was so happy I did !!! The blood tests he did were much more detailed than that of my primary care doctor. Yes , the program was lots of work and there were lots of supplements, but TOTALLY worth it !! I now have lots of energy ( even throughout the day !! ) , I'm more focused , my joints don't ache and the swelling in my hands are gone, I just feel happier ! Also, I never thought I would lose my belly and lose weight !!!! 20 lbs !!!! Dr T and Ashley were beyond helpful and available to me anytime I needed. Doc,doc,doctor T! The most genuinely caring compassionate helpful man I’ve encountered in my 52 years! Nothing but praise and gratitude for all you have helped me with!
My biggest reason for consulting Doc T was because for years I knew I was getting worse w whatever was wrong with me. Being told nothing was wrong and in the hospital 4 times this year I was done w chemical doctors!
My biggest issues were breathing difficulties, ex stream tiredness, heart racing like mad! 3 months with Doc T and I’m mowing a giant yard w a push mower at ease w no shortness of breath and energy to do the everyday things I struggled with before! Dr. Tuchinsky is an amazing doctor. I had a chronic stomach/gastro issue for years, saw various professional and had endoscopy and no one was able to help or alleviate the symptoms. Dr. T told me what to eat, what to avoid, and what supplements to take which he supplied. I used to feel so bad I would call 911 because I thought I was having a heart problem due to the inflammation in my gastro and it felt like a heart issue. I used to have anxiety attacks and after Dr. T instructions and supplements to heal my gastro, I now no longer suffer with anxiety attacks. I now feel like I used to feel years ago. Also the communication is great both with the doctor and his office manager.

One visit with him and you know he is interested in your complete healing. He is not just addressing a "symptom" he gives you a practical step by step plan you can follow to give you healing both physical and emotional. If you are looking for a "quick fix", this is not it. If you are committed to your health, living a better life and you are willing to do what it takes; Dr. T is committed to walking with you to reach your goals.
