I have been a patient of Dr. Tran’s for several years. I appreciate her skill and knowledge as a doctor and her bedside manner. She has a terrific sense of humor, patiently answers questions and makes me feel like she genuinely cares about me as a patient and a person. She doesn’t rush through the appointment time and is very thorough. Today, I witnessed her be a “thought partner”to my husband as he made a decision he at first didn’t want to make, but needed to, and he felt very good about making the decision. Dr. Tran is the BEST!!

This place is so amazing. When I get there the first time I look around and look very insignificant therapy place, until they start working with me I have to eat back my thoughts 🥲. I appreciate everyone of this wonderful people helping us to get better my Vertigo condition. Kudos for everyone specially the therapist

Dr Tran leads a wonderful and efficient staff that take time with each patient and are always very professional. . Dr Tran always explains clearly every problem that needs to be addressed and treats each patient in a very personal and kind manner. One does not feel just like a number there. Great experience this far. Marilyn helped schedule my appointment. She was very kind, patient, and informative. Saw Jeffrey Wilson, PA-c. He was thorough and knowledgeable. He came up with a course of care that I believe will soon help me. From check-in, the MA rooming me, Mr. Wilson’s evaluation, to check out.. everything went really smoothly. Super grateful for everyone’s care.

As a returning patient of Dr. Tran, I can honestly say the superb level of care and compassion has remained the same. Update 3/21/2025:
I spoke with a manager (Yelissa, I believe) that mentioned they had a recent policy change regarding payments required ahead of time and for cancellations. The supervisor was pleasant and professional. I am hoping to try and continue to see my doctor, Dr. Patni, as he really is wonderful. Hoping for more clarity in the future for policies.

Update 3/5/2025:
I spoke with a wonderful office personnel named Marilyn. She was kind, supportive, provided specific information about their policies including cancellation fees, and gave me the name of her supervisor. Will update if I hear back from the supervisor.

Prior review:
I have been going to this location for years, and this most recent experience has made me decide to file several formal complaints. They have a policy where they charge the full deductible prior to an outpatient surgery, regardless of if they or the hospital charges the claim first. With insurance companies delaying payments, of course this leads to patients having to pay additional copays beyond their maximum out of pocket.
Also, I was just recently told of a cancellation fee for surgeries, even though I haven't signed anything requiring this of me. I have dated pictures from my patient portal showing I never received any notifications when initially scheduling my surgery. I love my doctor, however I will no longer be a patient for this location due to all of these policies for charging patients without informing them prior to. The administration needs more training on how to communicate to patients, and be more consistent in providing notifications.

Super friendly office from the moment we walked in the door. Receptionists were welcoming with smiles and worked together as a team to address a brief issue I had. The medical assistant was cheerful and kind to my impatient and over- energized toddler. The audiologist made my daughter laugh and was friendly during her hearing exam. Dr.Chen was amazing! She throughly listened to my concerns and answered all our questions. I did not feel rushed when Dr. Chen was in the room and felt that our time was valued. I loved when Dr. Chen explained my daughter diagnosis using an anatomy diagram. This helped us a lot to understand what was happening inside my daughter’s ears. If Dr. Chen took adult patients, she would be my top pick for me! Thanks again for making my daughter’s experience a great one!
