I appreciated her thoroughness but I’m not sure how receptive she is in when it comes to exploring different diagnoses of symptoms. I kind of felt like she believed she knew everything when it came to diagnosing issues. Not very engaging towards the patient. I am believe that a good provider really listens to what you are saying and tries to understand. This provider seemed to believe that she was intellectually above the patient.

Dr Menard is the best doctor around. Years others have try to get my blood pressure down but have not succeeded. I take all my clients to him and refer him to others. The call center needs to go and more office staff needs to be hired. This I believe will help the Sorrento office a great deal. Don’t blame the doctors.

I called for an earache and nasal infection. She wanted me to do extensive labs (bloodwork, x ray, cultures).

I went to the urgent care and they were able to provide me with the care I required.

The tele doctor i had which I had never had. Was very unprofessional and acted like she had. No idea what she was doing. Normally I see ronni e and Noelle and they are amazing. But this time I felt like I was not treated well for the problem I am having.

Yes I visit on a Saturday with Ronnie Boekema she was excellent she explained everything very thoroughly took her time with me and anything I did not understand she went over it with me and made me understand exactly what I needed to understand she was awesome I am going to visit her in the Howey in the Hills office I live not too far from there and thank you and I found my new Doctor.

Some of my food was undercooked and very doughy I couldn't eat it and what I did eat because I was hungry just upset my stomach. Everybody was so kind and very nice it seems like they just try to rush the food out not checking it to see if it's cooked properly. I'm sorry I will not return.
