Everyone was great. Not too long of a wait. Explained what was going on in terminology that understood. The only complaint I have is, I asked the young lady scheduling my next appointment to verify my pharmacy because last time they sent it to someone I don’t use far from where I reside. She said the correct pharmacy but they sent it to the other place again. Other than that I recommend Dr. Villa and his team.,

Very good experience. Back issues are often complicated and communicating patient symptoms and medical remedies can be difficult. As I worked with Dillon, he was patient and listened intently to be sure we were on the same page. Then he recommended a procedure and was very careful to ensure I understood it completely. His professionalism gave me confidence and peace of mind.

My only complaint is that I have never seen Dr. Shinkle except during procedures, and even then, it's for a split second before he puts the meds for sedation in my IV. The PAs or NPs are great. It would just be nice to periodically see the actual doctor. I didn't even see him at my initial appointment. Other than that, I have no complaints. They listen and try to take care of what's causing the pain. Actually, I have one other concern...the PARKING! It's horrible!! There barely is any availability!!

Have used them for many years, but I think it’s time for me to move on and fine a new place. I used to really feel like they cared but here recently in the last two years really the last three months through the six months I’ll say the care has gotten really Impersonal When I started using this practice, it was not nowhere near the size. It is today and I can feel more like a number that just gets run through and the voice. And what I’m saying is not truly heard The provider I saw today I had requested about nine months ago to never see again but yet they also sent her in again. I have become very satisfied with this practice. When I first started going I would’ve gave them five stars. I have been seeing them probably the better part 12 to 14 years I don’t remember exactly over the years is just gotten to wear. You only see a nurse practitioner unless you request to see the doctor now Mr. Aaron shingles is a great doctor. I enjoy him very much but he is not available if anyone has questions about this feel free to contact me

Saw Nurse Practioner Christy. She was very compassionate and knowledgeable.
She answered all my questions without feeling rushed. I would recommend this location to all that have chronic pain.

The staff is absolutely amazing, and the doctors really care about making you feel better. I am a regular patient in chronic pain and they really care. Lexi (at the Prattville location and Rebecca (at the Montgomery one) which are staff members always go above and beyond. Very thankful!!!!

I had an appointment at 8:50 am, I sat in the back waiting room for 2.5 hours. I saw other patients come and go in the same room. I finally asked a nurse, what was going on. She told me that they didn't have my chart yet. She said that I was follow up patient. I didn't understand what that meant. They finally started looking around for my chart, I was taken care of, eventually. I don't ever want to come back to that office.

I was able to get in quickly. The wait time was very short. They are very precise with their schedule. The Nurse Practitioner was very considerate and willing to listen. I recommend Dr. Shinkle.
