As of now, I believe they only do telemed/virtual appointments but I’ve been satisfied with my virtual appointment experiences.

They do a great job with appointment reminders via email and text two days before an appointment.

The new patient intake procedure can be lengthy with the required documents, but I recommend their practice to anyone who may be new to online therapy.

Farah can be quite analytical and direct, yet understanding and compassionate. Sessions can be on the pricey side with $180 per session but are open to accommodations for anyone who may need it. They also do not accept health insurance.

Farah is a life-changer. I had been seeing her for over a year as my therapist, and it has been a wonderful experience.

She’s supportive and understanding, but also challenges me to think about things in a different perspective. I am grateful to have her help me work through anxiety and other difficult issues.

Not only is the Blue Clinic in-network with my health plan, but I appreciate that it’s in downtown LA. Highly recommend Farah to anyone who works/live in downtown LA and is seeking a new therapist!

Sergio made scheduling an appointment an awful, stressful and unprofessional experience.

Dates were not clear when he would give times, he would assign appointments before having approval, thereby giving way to possible late cancel fees. It was impossible to coordinate an appointment whilst working under their rules, to the point that he gave my time away to another patient leaving me with no help except to be placed on a waiting list.

When one is calling for an appointment at an office like this it means their life is in distress. Sergio amplified all of this with how he handled things.

I do not know how the therapists are, but Sergio seems like he doesn’t care, nor wants to help.
