My daughter lives in their housing and we have had trouble with communication between the staff and ourselves. We used to be able to drop by and visit our daughter whenever we could but they came up with new rules for the house and stopped us from doing that. Now we feel as though we are not welcomed so we don't even bother. We just have our daughter stay at our house occasionally.
Update: We are not having the same issues that we were having due to staffing changes. We are appreciative of how well things are going at this time. Moving Arc to a 4 star now!!

Don't trust this place at all! Never put your family in their trust they are disgusting! They keep manipulating my sister!!!!!! DONT TRUST THEM!!!!!!! WE WERE TOLD MANY THINGS WHEN SHE FIRST MOVED THERE IT WAS ALL A LIE TO GET HER IN AND TAKE THE MONEY!!!!!!! She can't go anywhere, she can't feel comfortable in her own home,she is lied to, they don't care for her properly!!!!! Now money is going missing my sister hasn't gotten her extra money of what is left from room and board for a while now!!

I have heard nothing but horrible stories about this organization. They need to be investigated and their licenses declined. Keeping people from seeing their family members is disgusting!
