I’ve been with the Anchor Clinic for approximately three years. Within the last 6 months I started seeing Dr. Elizabeth Ault in Pensacola. She is hands down, one of their greatest additions. Dr Ault is not only kind, caring, and compassionate, but she also has a ton of patience. I’m difficult to treat due to an array of medication allergies and I was so thankful that I didn’t have to explain any of them, as she was well versed in what I deal with on a daily basis. She’s very easy to talk to and open up to, so that made things even better. 10/10 would absolutely recommend. She does also take Tricare so it’s a multiple win situation.

I was late for an appointment & was rescheduled for several weeks later. During this time I tried reaching out to my Dr and never received a return call. I left several messages and asked if there was possibly an email address I could try and was basically told to give up. The entire staff is stretched thin and burned out. I was told that each Dr/NP sees around 100 patients per week. I found that my GP is much more accessible and invested in my treatment.

I've been seeing Dr Igleburger for almost 2 years. He is so kind, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about medications, the way they work regarding mental health conditions and he also recommends other ways to cope such as practicing mindfulness. He is relatively soft spoken/calm and genuinely listens to me. He understands my ADD and turns down music so I am not distracted when I am speaking and makes me feel comfortable in his office. He always seems to know when I've not had a few good months. I don't like to talk about my problems but he always seems to know when I am not doing well.

The negative reviews by the angry woman must be fake or may be someone with drug seeking behaviors who has failed to get the meds they are addicted to. Please disregard any negative reviews. The staff is wonderful here. 5 stars to Dr. Igleburger and his staff for excellent care, patience and professionalism!

Doctor Igleburger is a very thorough and respectable doctor. I have known him for some time. He has a very responsive staff. The best doctor I have EVER had PERIOD. He always listened to me and answered all my questions, and as a side note, has followed my progress and been proud of my achievements.

They got me in right away. Nice caring people. I was seeing them before I moved to Colorado. I had to come back home and they helped me. Literally in the same day. He notice the dr in Colorado had me on weird and lots of amounts of medications so he got me tests to make sure my body is okay. He’s also helping me to get off the meds I don’t need. Very nice helpful people

Had my first appointment with Rohona and it went good. Everything seemed kosher. Was told to call if I needed any changes to medication or anything else. They didn’t communicate it takes 72 hours to get back. I call one day say hey this Med x isn’t working for sleep. 24 hours goes by with no reply so I call again and let them know the same thing. Another 24 hours goes by no response. Finally on the third day I get in touch with someone (not from them calling me back). Long story short they didn’t tell me this or I wouldn’t have called day after day. So the meds they gave me for sleep didn’t work and decided I’d try the “heavy stuff” for sleep since it was the docs recommendation. I call back and no one calls me back even after the 3 day wait period lol (glad y’all told me about that period). Anyways I get in touch with someone and they say no more meds. I’m confused and liken it to them thinking it’s drug seeking behavior so I offer to bring them the FULL bottle of my other sleep med. Nope. They discharged me for asking for the Med they recommended I take for sleep. Y’all are funny lol. Smh
