Great experience! The process for my initial appointment was extremely quick and easy. I was able to book my appointment an hour before it occurred, which was perfect. Since I filled out the intake form beforehand, the actual appointment was so easy and only took a few minutes. The doctor was very nice and informative as well as the coordinator who called after to give me more information on registering with the state. I would definitely recommend THCMD to anyone in Florida!

I was very apprehensive at first. Thcmd made the experience great. I have had my medical card for around 8 months. I just renewed my recommendations. Super easy, great people. And just to add my doc is awesome! 💯 Definitely a lifelong customer. Again thanks for helping every way y'all can.

The easiest process I've seen yet. I scheduled my phone appointment paid 150$ 20 minutes later at my scheduled appointment time I received a phone call answered a few questions & he told me I would receive a call from his Superior with instructions on what to do next. I paid another 77.25$ to the state to register me and send me my state medical marijuana Carc. I received my confirmation email and went straight to the dispensary!!! I give them 5 stars!!! If you're looking for a quick & really simple process of obtaining your medical marijuana card this is the way to go!!!!

Amazing attention to detail. Amazing customer service. Excellent punctuality. Outstanding reply back. I definitely recommend this service. It’s better than sitting in a building waiting past your appointment time. It’s my second appointment and I definitely will be using this in the future. Highly recommended.

At first I was very skeptical of using this website but turned out to 👌. Doctor seems nice I had my prescription in minutes. As of the receptionist or whatever she is (judging for the way she talk to me) bad attitude, very rude, 0 customer service experience, very bad personality. From my perspective I think if you not happy where you work and don't like dealing with customers it's better to leave stead of making the business look bad. You know everything starts from the staffs

Dr. Baysal has been treating me for two years and is excellent. He takes the time to discuss my symptoms and suggests the best modalities for treatment.
