Sooo impressed! All the front office staff are amazing. I went there because I’d hurt my knee. Everything was fast & efficient. I saw Dr Tabatha who gave me an MRI req (very impressed with her manner and expertise). I went to Spring Hill MRI the next day (lucky me!) but hadn’t heard anything after a few days. I left messages at Spring Hill MRI (not returned) so I kept calling here to see if they’d re riced the results yet. They were great. Talk about patient. It’s my first time using them but I’d go back in a heartbeat. Tabatha was wonderful too.

Disorganized and waited an hour and 15min to still not be even called back when they were taking walk ins or later appointments back. Last year, they ended up billing my insurance for venapuncture, which they never did. I walked out today and went elsewhere. Im.not sure what TGH is doing up here but it's not good.

My only complaint is how hard it is to find the link to make an appointment.
This place is clean. The staff very friendly. PBR Tabitha Stanley was perfect.

Now, fix the website to make it easier to book an appointment!

Dr. Tabatha was incredible! I recommend this urgent care over anywhere else in Spring Hill. The front desk staff was really great. The technician who did the x-rays was really efficient and well spoken. If any issues come up with my health, I know where to go.

Does anyone even work here? Had strep throat and was referred here by Dr Selway's office due to him being out of town. Was told to call first to make sure they could see me. Called the 2710 number twice. Rang for 3 minutes each time, then hung up on me unanswered! Ever since TGH took over, everything with this medical group has gone downhill fast. Very corporate, you always reach a call center who can only pass you on instead of actually helping. Or they don't answer at all like here. If you're a patient of TGMG/TGH North, don't walk, run!

My wife and I ended up here Saturday afternoon, she was in a lot of pain. She received treatment and the medication needed. We were very pleased with her care, and will definitely recommend them for emergency care. Thank you to the Dr & Team that took care of her.

Only reason they even get one star is because it's required. Lady at the front was a rude, hateful hag. Made us wait 45 minutes before telling us they can't see someone with no ID and so they wouldn't see our special needs daughter. She got rude with my wife because my wife pointed out that they hadn't given us back our documents. This place needs shut down. Provides no actual value to the community.

I had the best experience here! It was next to nothing for wait time and I was a walk in! I needed a place that could test right away if I had an infection because I was so miserable I wanted to start an antibiotic as quickly as possible. I was blown away from the time I entered and walked up to the check in to leaving. So professional, so caring, so very efficient! I’ve not been able to find a doctors office to use for my primary doctor that even cares to listen to you and actually help! The doctor that was here at this facility was absolutely amazing! If I could give more stars ⭐️ to the doctor and the staff that was there that day I would! Within 45 minutes (it may have been less time, it seemed like I was taken care of in the blink of an eye!) I had an antibiotic to take to the pharmacy and have since finished it and feel so much better now! Thank you all so much for being so welcoming, professional, and really caring! It means a lot when someone doesn’t feel good. Maybe all the good doctors are at the urgent care places!! 👍🏻❤️ I will not hesitate to go here again and my family members!
