My three-year-old was seen by APRN Lawrence on 3/20/2025. The whole visit took less than 45 minutes. We received great care. All of our concerns were addressed. With my daughter being three years old I’m always concerned going to new places that they’re not going to treat her appropriately and she’s going to be frightened. This definitely was not the case here. Everyone was very friendly to her, and made sure she knew exactly what was going on.

I went to this TGH urgent care in Luzt this morning. I decided to put a complain on the service of the time frame.

I arrived to the office by 12:30 pm. Checking and finishing all insurance clarify at 12:45pm. I then got to call in to take the normal weight, blood pressure ,…. Then quickly at 1:10 pm we already got to seat in the private room waiting for provider. And we sit and sit and wait and wait… there ….until 3:20pm for the provider came in to actually see me.

If your urgent care business is running very short on provider for seeing the patient then we as the patient need be head up as inform, should we wait or should we leave to other urgent care.

The provider was very quick. She gave us 2 times of her attentions , total about 15 minutes. And then we continued to wait for testing of Covid and flu results.

The total hours we in that little room waiting for provider is 2 hours 10 minutes.

Total in and out that urgent care was 3 hours. We have all times marked showing on the doctor noted that we can back track.

I am very disappointed and I think urgent care where we can get in fast track as you name on your logo. The service is on but the organize waiting time - schedule and short age of provider are the un excepting thing, specially when the patient already not well. I am wondering do your provider really has a schedule set that she/ he only sees one patient in every hour? Let me know if I am wrong.

I came to this urgent care days after Hurricane Milton because it was one of the few urgent cares near me open. I am 34 weeks pregnant and developed an ear infection over the days of the hurricane and needed relief. Every staff member I came in contact with was super friendly and I got in quickly. Dr. Cocioba was incredibly kind and considerate, with great bedside manner. He offered help with medical supplies due to the hurricane and made himself available in case I had trouble getting my medication filled. It was hands down the best experience I’ve had at an urgent care and I’m very thankful

This place and the people are awesome. Went in for a DOT physical and spoke with Delaisha first. She was super nice and very friendly, then I had Dyalan do my BP and other testing. He was also super nice and very friendly. Lastly I dealt with Dr. Herman she was so nice and friendly also. All I can say is if you need to go to an urgent care for a DOT physical or anything this place is worth the drive. Thanks again for being so nice and friendly, I'll definitely be bck.
