The doctor, nurses, and staff were excellent. They went above and beyond to provide accommodations for me as someone with a visual disability. I especially appreciated the team member who helped me check in and complete all of the necessary paperwork that was needed to be seen for treatment. What a great experience!

TGH fast track is wonderful. I was in and out. The only down side was the front desk. She had an attitude and not nice. Knowing sick people go in there she should be more compassionate and kind. After i checked in and sat down to wait she continued with her call on her headphones and was laughing her butt off. So definitely that’s not the job she should be at. I have no complaints after i went in the room and the tech checked my vitas and then the PA saw me.

This review is for the failing to follow hipaa law. We completed paperwork to communicate why I am there, so why would the receptionist (non-medical person) ask me what my problem is and expect me to answer in front of all the patients waiting. The lobby is tiny and quiet, so everyone can hear all conversations! I did not give my consent to share my health information! Lucky I didn’t have anything embarrassing! Just make note of this practice there before you go. There are so many other options nearby.

I had an accident and cut my finger on Sunday afternoon. TGH Urgent Care is close and convenient. Was greeted by a very pleasant receptionist who got me registered. A couple of my specialists are apart of TGH system, so all my information is in their system. After a short wait, a nurse took care of my vitals and prepped me for the procedure. The attending physician was exceptional explaining what she would be doing to take care of my cut thumb. Stitches and instructions to take care of my wound so it will heal soon. Will return in a week to get the stitches removed. I was very pleased with the associates at Urgent Care.

I am thankful to Emily , the PA at the TGH north Dale Mabry Urgent Care location. She listened as I explained a sciatic nerve issue that was causing extreme pain. She asked many pertinent questions, gave me good feedback, and gave me a steroid shot that eliminated the pain I’d had for 2 weeks which the spine doctor had failed to give me any relief after 2 appointments.

From the front desk nurse/greeter to the pre-hire medical drug test taker, I was treated with the utmost kindness, dignity, and respect. The medical staff was incredibly kind and patient with me. I would recommend this office to anyone, every day of the week and twice on Sunday.

More like slow track, had an appointment at 9:15, arrived on time and here we are at 9:53 and everyone waiting before us is still here in the waiting room. Starting to wonder if there is a doctor on site.
I have never waiting this long without seeing any movement in any office or urgent care. Two stars because the lady at the front desk is nice.
