After speaking with my doctor, it was recommended I come here for an x-ray. I made my initial appointment online and headed over. Because there were a lot of patients in the waiting room it took a little longer to get in.

Once I was led to a room the physician stopped in to update me that there was a patient before me however she expedited things by ordering the x-ray immediately.

She was very thorough in regards
to my symptoms, medical history and finding the best options. Prescriptions were discussed, she checked to ensure there were no interactions with my other medication‘s and I was released.

I would rather wait a little longer and see someone who is confident in their skills with a positive and pleasant attitude. I will return again in the future.

This was more convenient than seeing my primary care doctor. I didn't have to book an appointment. This location, specifically, had friendly service and I felt my careprovider listened to me. She was GREAT!!! It is my go-to place no for medical care when I can't see my Dr. And even - when I can. It was just easier and more convenient. It's in the Walmart parking lot - so you can even pick up OTC medicines right afterwards 🙂

Went for a follow up visit after the 26th, was met with resistance from the check in clerk. She asked me to fill out the tablet. I filled out the tablet she said have a seat. 1 hour later she hey and motioned for me to come up then started asking me my name and personal information. I responded by saying I just filled that information out for you, she said it didn’t take. I said well I was just here on the 26 of February all my information is the same. She kept going backing and forth until it got exhausting and annoying. She started rolling her eyes to the back of her head and other annoying gestures. She then became rude and condescending. 2 days she’s been blocking me from seeing the people in the back. 2 days I spent time there from work still sick.

The staff at the clinic are exceptionally professional and provide exceptional care. This was my fourth visit there, and their attentiveness and expertise have consistently been wonderful.
Maybe one thing I could mention that could use a little bit of improvement is the front desk person. When she speaks to you, you can hardly hear what she’s saying. While I acknowledge that the front desk staff could benefit from improved communication and friendliness, I am overall very satisfied with the clinic and its staff.

I went on the website first and made an appointment. After arriving, the front desk receptionist was very friendly and got me squared away. There were 2 people waiting and I was seen about 15 minutes after my appointment. The appointment went smooth and I received a diagnosis and prescriptions over the course of 30 minutes. In total it took 75 minutes and I think any negative comments come from sick negativity filled minds!

This clinic's standards are subpar. A provider treated my neck abscess and covered it with gauze, but inadvertently left a significant opening that appears to require sutures. Upon returning to request that the provider correct the issue, I was informed that she was unavailable and that I would need to be seen by another provider, with an additional fee applying. I requested to speak with a supervisor to express my concerns and dissatisfaction with the treatment I received, only to be told that no supervisor was available.

Took me over several hours for me just to enter and leave .. (this is with me checking in beforehand and being promised it would only take me 30 mins to be seen, which took well over an hour and a half; this was just to get my weight and temperature evaluated.) The drs are nice and seem to be good, which is why I added two extra stars, but the fact I was basically coughing up a lung in the waiting room and dealing with a virus and it took them over several hours to finish tells me there is no sense of urgency with this place and some SERIOUS staffing issues. This was once fully staffed and they were much more on top of stuff, but def NOT anymore. There was literally 3 computers at the front desk and 1 staff member working who walked in and out, barely greeted me and seemed to rush me when I got the paperwork after I was literally waiting on her, and also only 1 dr on staff in the whole building..) makes me wonder how a place operates this way? 🤯 it’s unacceptable though and until they update the staffing issues they seem to be having; I will be seeking another clinic. The one Dr on staff that day was definitely nice and punctual, but the issues they seem to be having with staffing and service definitely needs to be dealt with, as it seems this place has gone seriously downhill.
