I am so grateful for the genuine care, attention, and concern I received today from Christina, the technician who exrayed my foot. She was very professional and knowledgeable in all that she did. She put me at ease and was very understanding. She took the time to listen to me and addressed my concerns. I highly recommend Teton Radiology to others looking for a positive experience.

Had an MRI was told to wait for the bill. Never got one. Got a random call from a collector once and I declined it because I wasn't sure what it was. Next think I know I'm getting a summons for my service. So they have enough of my information to give to the collectors to sue me just not to reach out about my bill. By the looks of it I'm not the only one.

Do not use Teton Radiology if you are a self pay customer with a health share plan.
They will give you a 25% off price if you pay in full, but you have to sign a form saying you won't submit it. If you want to submit it, they absolutely refuse the discount. I was told that I would lie and turn it in to the health share for the full amount (because this is what other customers have done).

It cost me about $300 extra because apparently cash pay customers "are all dishonest liars".

Go to EIRMC and save some trouble and frustration.

They sent me to collections before they sent me the bill. I thought it was taking longer than usual to get the bill, so I went in to their office to check, and they told me to wait for the bill. Extra star because the staff was nice and helpful, but I wish we could have avoided the whole situation.

I have used Teton Radiology several times now for my annual MRIs. Their imaging technicians are always kind, caring, and help ensure I am comfortable for the long process.

That being said, I have struggled to get phone calls back, or have representatives answer the phone. So getting updates on if your prior authorization is approved or not can be extremely difficult & therefore frustrating. Last year I called and spoke with someone about having a disc of my images made so I could pick them up. When I went by a few days later, they were not ready and I had to wait.

I am hopeful their communication is on the mend! As yesterday I got a call back about a voicemail I left with the records office about wanting to pick up my latest imaging disc, and they were letting me know it was ready! I hope the callbacks and client communication continues to improve. It would help tremendously if they began calling patients to notify them when prior authorizations clear. I do feel my visits go smoothly & all the staff are friendly!

Where do I even start? It truly doesn’t get much worse. My first indicator that this would be a bad MRI experience would be the phone call at 3:30pm the day before saying they didn’t have my insurance information for prior authorization. My appointment was the next morning at 7am. You’ve had my order for a week… I get up at 5am, do the one thing that was instructed of me and wait for my appointment at 7am not knowing if the MRI was even authorized. I show up 4 minutes late, to an empty waiting room and a very nice front desk lady. I get checked in and Sue comes to get me. I have to change as no one told me to wear sweatpants with no zippers. I should have known. 🤦🏻‍♂️ Sue then informs me that I have to have IV contrast. Huge red flag as yet again, no one from Teton Radiology informed of this. I am allergic to so many different things and would have doubled up on my allergy medication. Understandably, I’m pretty upset. But agree to just get it done as I’m more worried about what is wrong with me. Sue was awesome with her IV skills. Sue, than informs me that my face will be partially out of the MRI machine. I close my eyes, go through the machine and then my head is brought back in. This was another item of communication left out from Teton Radiology. I embarrassingly, had a claustrophobic moment and had to be let out. I wish I had known, I would have asked for a sedative. Sue was beyond kind and professional. I can’t say enough nice things about her.
The professional experience from the incredible radiologists who own Teton Radiology is immeasurable. How Teton Radiology fails so terribly with patient communication is baffling. Please do yourself a favor and go anywhere but Teton Radiology. Your MRI results will still be read by the best in the business.

Please don’t ever go here. There billing practices are so shady and you will pay the price. I was sent to Teton Radiology to get imaging done for a Gal Bladder issue. We never saw a bill from them after the visit and completely forgot about it. About 6 months later we get served with a lawsuit against us for the bill plus interest and legal fees. Teton had input our address into their system wrong and my phone number had changed so they couldn’t get ahold of me. So they sent the bill to collections and sued us. We ended up having to pay about $1,000 more than the original bill before we realized that it was their mistake. We found out after that they had been sending the notices to the wrong address that did not match what I had written down on their forms. When they couldn’t get ahold of us they could have just reached out to our family doctor who sent me there but they didn’t. We went back after realizing that it was their fault for not imputing the address correctly and they just told us there is nothing they could do. Teton Radiology is extremely shady with their billing and I will never go back. I will make sure to tell everyone I know how they screwed me over and would not even admit that they messed up.

I just wanted to say how amazing my experience was with Teton Radiology. I had read so many negative reviews I was worried. The scheduling and radiology staff were very competent and worked hard to expedite my procedure. I have not gotten the bill yet, so I can't comment on billing.
