This place is a JOKE. It's not even a legit doctors office it's 501(c)(3) charity!! Dr. Bindu is the worst! She makes patients come in for BP and Pulse (for $) and withholds life sustaining meds if patients don't agree with everything she says.

If you can avoid going to this Clinic I recommend. There is no accountability and there is no communication at the clinic. Honestly the sad thing is most clients are not coherent enough to advocate for themselves and get what they need if your loved one goes to this Clinic I recommend that you write dates and times and everyone you talk to. Because they not above gaslight and and blaming you I wish I was not kidding
Something things I have dealt with just the last few months. They had my abuser down as my emergency contact for the last year. Thank god i did not get covid When I told them they put my life at risk I was informed I am sorry you feel that way . that there are too many people hands in my file and that it was not that person's responsibility to update my demographic. And that they use a demographic from 2017.
I have trouble getting my Adderall prescription filled every month and it has becoming a running joke between me and the pharmacist and the Pharmacy is located inside the clinic. That i have to skip days just so i can function on the days my daughter has school.
I have learned to ask for resources and do it myself but usually I find the resources I need for myself. So many of the clients are frustrated because there is no communication the sad thing is they implicated a system to collect note in the file and put your initials next to it it takes two seconds and not so many clients would be frustrated and want to give up on their Mental Health . Like you want to know how bad the clinic is their turnover rate for staff is so bad. I also noticed they remove our reviews

Isabella is rude. She just listens to her employees and not the problem. She think she is tough yelling at patients. Bob will take right behind ya back. Dont ever had the big black lady she is kinder to other races and meaner with her own. They dont act like this with Billy that are very biased and it shows. They need leaders and less workers.

I don't know why I gave it three stars. Maybe because I like my case manager (when I can get a hold of him?) (he helped me move) I've been going to this clinic since March 2nd 2005 the day of their grand opening-it's just sort of happened that way- it wasn't a planned out thing. But, anyway, I've been going there now obviously for over 15 years and it used to be good: l.e.,-good service, good CM's; everything used to be good didn't it?
So, today, I just called the clinic to see if I can get transportation to pick up six prescriptions at Fry's pharmacy, as I'm explaining to the front desk person, Bianca, that I can't get a hold of my case manager cuz I was asking who that is and instead of politely asking me to "please hold or let me transfer you to the Blue Dot"-she just transfers me or puts me on hold-doesn't even ask if I can hold or ANYTHING!!!? *I believe the front desk is where it all starts; the front desk people are our first line of defense they're the representatives of the entire organization. The first impression. If they are that disrespectful and rude, what does that say about the clinic? Thanks Bianca (I don't know if this is just her but I'm going to try again!!), I hung up.

Just started here. The medication provider added a medication to my collection. Didn’t send it in. Left 3 messages with my case manager, the insane one who told me that if I needed ANYTHING to please call, and she doesn’t return messages. From what I’ve seen so far, this place is worthless.

Live in an apt complex and one of their employees just blocks every walkway with their car mind you next to the walk ways are slanted rocks so you cannot just go around otherwise you'd slide off them back to the pavement. We simply asked him to park in the parking g spots 2 feet from him and he threatened us by saying we are lucky he is on shift otherwise he would choke me out.. idk what you think of this company but there is the quality....0
