Dr Terrero is a very nice dr I have much respect for him but he needs to hire new secretaries or whoever that lady is that sits in the front desk answering phone calls. She is very rude and I gave her many chances to prove me wrong but she hasn’t. I encountered with her in person and on the phone and she acts like she doesn’t want to be there and has attitude every single time and she’s worse over the phone.

It was my first visit with the doctor and it was a pleasant visit the wait time was minimal the front office was friendly and informative Víctor was a pleasure to be treated by and Dr. Terrero was super nice well informed and great bedside manner would def recommend 100%

Dr. Terrero and his team are a dedicated group of medical professionals who actually care about one's well being. Even without medical insurance, their rates for different medical procedures such as check-ups, blood tests, etc. are better than any medical center I've been to here in FL. Any concerns that I had over my well being were addressed with respect and courtesy. The good Doctor even took the time to get to know me and my goals in general and gave me solid advice on how to go about it in regards to my health, diet and lifestyle. Thank you for the amazing medical service!

The worst experience on a medical group so far! The first time i went with appointment confirmed i waited around 2 hours before being told that i was not able to see Dr because someone on front desk told me that i was not on the list of scheduled visits for that day and only had the chance to fill all the forms. After that we scheduled a new appointment within a month but a week later since that first visit i did appointment and visit Dr to check for an ear infection and rx order was supposed to be given to pharmacy that same day of visit but pharmacy had not receive any rx order from medical group on two (2) days and now i have to spend a weekend with ear hurting, swole and on need of antibiotic treatment until next Monday.
