Came here for a physical and mental health assessment and the medical assistant, not the physician, did my paperwork, which is against the rules. He also didn’t bother to even do it in private, he had me standing up in the hallway by the exit! Asking me questions like, “you never wanted to kill yourself, right?” In the hallway! It was unprofessional and embarrassing to answer a SERIOUS mental health assessment IN A HALLWAY! He used the physicians digital signature on my paperwork even though the physician never saw me.

Staff member not trained enough to respect people's time. I went to this clinic, which has been our company clinic for over 20 years, and wrote my name and time of arrival on their appointment book. I came for a hearing re-test per OSHA rules. Staff member then took appointment book with her and went inside. I then sat down to wait. 5 minutes passed, then 10, then 20. Little did I know I had to fill a short form. This staff member did not care at all. Not even bothered to call my name to fill out this form. I then approached the front desk and asked what is taking so long. If I had not gone to ask them, I would be sitting there and waiting for hours. Staff has no respect for clientele's time or just plain ignorant. Needs a lot of training. I give them a .001 rating.

First time visiting this clinic, rude and racist from the start. I wouldn't recommend coming here. I'm watching the lady at the front desk be rude to others as well. There's a couple here with their kid, she told the dad him and the kid had to wait outside. They have people waiting inside

The worst place I have ever go. They are really not responsible. This center dose not care about your concerns. My husband and I were to this center for doing the medical process for our immigration. They ask for 300$ cash per person. They vaccine all of the list even we have our records that we did them even in US. They typed our forms with so many mistakes. If we did not pay attention to our forms, we post them with faults. The front desk lady was really rude and irresponsible.

I’m confused about the reviews… I came in November 2023 and had X-rays and a consultation done all in less than 1.5 hours.

I’m glad these reviews didn’t reflect the clinic as it is now.

I've been coming here for years because this is where the company I work for sends us. The staff and doctors are nice enough and polite but you can spend a long time here. I was here yesterday to update my DL-51 and of course they didn't sign off all the pages and after I sat at the DMV, I was told I had to go back to the clinic to get that signed. Ive been driving commercially for 15 years. Every time I've don't my physical, they miss something and I have to come back. In don't know about anyone else, but I hate sitting at the damn DMV. This is absolutely ridiculous. I live I n LB, now I have to drive all the way back up there for one stupid signature
