Edit: I went to a 65 day therapeutic residential treatment program for PTSD/Anxiety. I was discharged from telecare so there wasn't a duplicate of services. I was told I would be able to re-enroll upon leaving the residential program. I have contacted telecare on numerous medications, left messages with my previous case worker and for almost a month now, there has been no response. I have been left without a psychiatrist or therapist for almost a month now, despite trying to get back into their services. Their director here is extremely rude, extremely dominating and extremely aggressive. I don't think she should be dealing with anyone in the mental health industry. Prior to being told I had to discharge fro Telecare to continue with the residential program (which, btw was amazing and I'm glad I didn't let this woman pressure me into not going through with it, though she tried very hard to.) I have realized now that this place is a last-resort for those struggling with the absolute worst & servere mental health... This is not for the average person who struggles with minor mental health. Not only that, they claim to offer emergency housing, but then proceed to try to get you to sign a contract in order to pay and you will have to provide 30% of your paycheck in order to live in their housing. They call themselves telecare, but they don't actually offer any telephonic services whatsoever, which was not what I was told prior to accept services here. Ultimately, over my time and experience with this center, I have come to the realization that overall, it's a major scam and just a way to get as much money as they can for thru your insurance. Proceed with caution.

So far, I am very appreciative of the services provided here. I think a lot of the negative reviews may come from people who might not quite be ready to take full responsibility for their journey towards recovery as a human. Ashley, Dr. P. And Anastasia have been great so far. Ashley goes above and beyond for her clients. She is a great form of support for those of us struggling with mental health, she cares so deeply about her clients and she is absolutely fantastic. Dr. P. Fully listens to her clients, with my experience so far, and wants to provide safe and accommodating options for her patients. Anastasia is noble and wise and has a lot of great life experience to provide people with. I am very thankful for them and their services they provide. Telecare has a lot of groups, recovery techniques, and many options to fit what is best for your person, great advice and can provide a lot of strength to those who are willing to take the necessary steps to growth. I shouldn't have even been forced to leave a single star, telecare is the biggest sham I've ever had the misfortune to have to be a part of. The employees there, contrary to their logo, do not care. Their efforts go towards housing. Everything else is paperwork. They seem like they even have a hard time filling that out too.

Telecare has a place called treehouse south it is a good place, good people who you can really count on when going through a mental crisis, 5 star place
