It's impossible to make appointments. Online appointments not available. If you call you'll get a voicemail. Appointments in the patient health portal not available either because the link to visits/ appointments leads back to the home page. I walked in to the Dr. Offices and there was no reception at the desk even after waiting several minutes.

Please tell me how people are supposed to make appointments?!?!?!

If I could give zero ⭐️I would. The docs were fine, but the front desk staff is the worst! They run you back and forth endlessly just to collect a copay.
I fasted for blood work that was to be drawn for a physical the following week . Went to my appointment only to be charged a fee to draw blood, but not for the physical, apprantly for a prescription that was filled 2 months prior! They said I can just come back and get more blood drawn next week! Why? Who wants to go and have blood drawn 3 tines when it can be done once?
Maria has screwed me up several times with appointments and now this! By the way, if you don’t visit the DR with in 6 months, they make you make an appointment to re-establish in the practice and then come back again for a second appointment for your issue. This is now my 3rd time in there for a physical, and still no physical has taken place!!!
Also was there for a respitory infection and was sent for X-rays. I was told I would be called in a few hours, since they were so concerned,. Several phone calls and days later for my follow up I got my results.
They charge you if you don’t make your appointment, but what recourse do we have when they drag you in there for nothing? I took off work, fasted, and changed all my holiday plans for this appointment! I

I've called two times a week apart to try and get a refill of my blood pressure pill. No reply. My pharmacy said they called three times with no reply. I now am going to have to call Doctor on demand and see if they can since doctors are taking two weeks for new patients due to COVID-19. This is very typical for this office since they went to advent health. I will be finding an independent practice now.

I have been a patient here for the past 9 years and I can report that I have always received amazing care from the entire team here at AdventHealth Medical Group at Universal Orlando. I love the Physicians, Nursing Staff & the Front Desk Receptionist !! The entire staff at this location are so professional and caring. I look forward to every appointment !!

This place is fine if you have something like a cough or ear infection. Save your time if you have anything more serious though. I had a great experience while I was at the clinic with the PA that helped me at the beginning of the week. However there is NO follow through on their part. I was supposed to have an MRI for severe head and neck pain today but couldn't because they didn't submit the proper paperwork to my insurance company. (Of course this was discovered after I'd already left work 3 hours early for my 4pm appt to the make the hour drive from work.) I tried to call the office to talk to anyone because it takes at least 48 hours for them to respond to voicemail only to get voicemail for the front desk. If I stroke out or die this weekend I let my family know it's for lack of care from Advent Health. Thanks for the added stress!

Compete waste of time and money, had a telemed appointment, appointment started on time, told the doctor exactly what was wrong as I have had upper respiratory infections before, didn't listen for anything. Just said it might be COVID and to get a at-home test. Did the test, came back negative. Where are these guys getting their degrees...a Cracker Jack box. Oh and they asking about religion, your doctor's not priests, you work in a medical center, not a church.

Unfortunately the automated answering service does not work more than half of the time. When pressing to make a selection it does not respond, just continues to state menu options and then suddenly asks about confirming to save a message that was never made. Other times, when calling the general number, it will not transfer the call at all. Just silence. Recently there has been a lot of confusion in the front office and folks are being left on hold and forgotten or answered by a completely different person. The care here has been fine so far, but the communication is pretty awful. Raises a lot of concern.

The one star is for their somewhat of convenient location. I have been put on hold for the last two times I have made appointments waiting around 20mins each time before hanging up and calling back with nobody answering. It would be nice to have an active Team Member care side, and a dependent side, TM's should have priority.
