I cannot put into words how deeply grateful I am for my psychiatrist, Islam Ganie, who is so much more than just a medical professional. He is a beacon of hope, compassion, and understanding during the darkest period of my life. After losing my 24-year-old daughter, I truly believed I would never smile again or even want to live. But Islam Ganie never gave up on me, even when I wanted to give up on myself. His approach is both honest and compassionate. He has a way of being stern when necessary, telling me things I may not want to hear but need to hear to truly grasp and process my grief. He helps me understand why my emotions can feel so overwhelming and, at the same time, reassures me that it is perfectly okay to not be okay. Through his guidance, I’ve learned to navigate my sorrow without being completely consumed by it. Islam Ganie’s kindness and empathy are unmatched. He doesn’t just treat me as a patient; he sees me as a person, with all my pain, struggles, and small victories. Like my trip to Ohio and the smiles it put on my face.

TCL Medical is not only professionally run but has a doctor that TRULY CARES for his patients. He gives sound advice and goes out of his way to follow up to make sure you're doing well. In these days and times, finding someone that is very smart, can give a couple different recommendations, I guess based on how you are and goes above and beyond to make sure you're doing better is rare. Islam Ganie is an amazing provider! I was pregnant at the time I sought psychiatric help for ongoing problems and he was very willing to help despite the complication of being pregnant. He did a thorough assessment and found a major problem in the medication I was originally prescribed for a different diagnosis by other doctors. He then read the most recent literature on the medication he was prescribing to make sure it was the safest option for the baby and I. He’s followed up with me weekly since then. I have been a client since August and his treatment has honestly helped me change so much in my life. Wonderful experience.
