The technician efficient and knowledgeable and it was easy to see this by the way in which he tested the machine find out what was wrong with it and to write a report for the technicians to read when the machine was brought back to them for repairing. He tested the machine he intended to give to me making sure it was working properly. Before leaving the house, he asked if there were any of the hoses I needed or had any questions before he left. I also have to say before I forget, he was here waiting for us when we got home totally unexpected only because I did not look at my messages but it is apparent that it was not long at all before he answered my complaint with a phone call and a time for when he was going to be here to look at the machine. I was totally caught off guard and did not expect such a quick response to my complaint. To those at work at TC Medical supply I would like to say thank you your customer service I feel is exceptional.

Edwin was really nice and came inside to explain everything, like how to use the oxygen which I appreciated since this is all new for my daughter, having it at home, and not at the hospital. We got the oxygen pretty fast too because she just got home from the hospital yesterday. He answered all our questions and was so kind and patient, just overall a very knowledgeable person. Very grateful for the help.

Positive experience from my first interaction with office staff calling to schedule my appointment to pick up on how to use to my new CPAP. I was able to get an appointment the next day. I arrived a little early and Paula took me back before my allotted appointment time. She went over everything in great detail and made sure I could give return demonstration on everything I learned. She made sure we found a mask that was a good fit and comfortable with no leaks. Very pleased with my experience and working with Paula, the CPAP equipment and supplies and Adapt Health thus far.

My machine stopped working. I received another new one because it was still in warranty. Paula is a real gem. The 2 women at the front desk were kind and helpful.

Paula explained in detail the functioning of my new CPAP. She checked it out and even replaced the new humidifier tank with another one since the new one was not functioning properly. she invited me, if necessary, to make an appointment for further instructions or advice. I look forward to beginning the use of my new machine tonight.

Paula was thorough, thoughtful and patient. I was a difficult person to fit with a CPAP mask but she tried multiple masks and nasal pillows. Most people would have given up or been irritated but she was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and professional.
