I've seen her as my PCP/ family physician since 2004. I LOVE HER! She's an amazing, caring, thoughtful, accurate, and up to date physician!! Fully explains anything you want to know about!
She is reachable by phone or, better yet, online portal!!! She actually replies!!
She is very knowledgeable and cares about your health and well-being! I can not say enough great things about her!
I've followed her from her previous 2 locations and would continue to do so! I feel so lucky to have found her! I've read stories about other people's PCP and am horrified at the lack of care!
She answers every question and if you know a bit of medical terms. / things She won't "over explain," but if you have questions, she answers fully and professionally!

She even does my "Well Woman" exams and is gentle, will talk you through it, distract you, whatever you prefer! (me, I love the distraction chattering with her, her assistant, and I end up doing it, and it's over soooo quickly!)
No crazy judgments, body shaming, just pure thoughtfulness and genuine care!!
She even remembers my name by sight with a mask on! 😊
She will do refills via phone, pharmacy request, or online portal as long as you've seen her not too too long ago. Example: I've gotten birth control refills and hadn't had a PAP in over a year.

Still asks that patients wear masks, and I'm 100% behind her on that! After all, I don't want to catch a cold, flu, etc, while I'm in for a check-up! There's no need to get ill when you're trying to keep healthy! A very small inconvenience to keep her patients from transmitting infections between each other! Shows she really cares!

Dr. Wallace is the best in the area. Not only does she take her time and listen, she includes you in all aspects of your health. I’ve been seeing her for about 3 years now and I would never see another Dr. She is truly a blessing!

I've been coming to Doctor Wallace (Awesome Doctor) for over 10-years now. I have moved out of state and trying to get a new doctor. Everyone is booked. Three months is the first available appointment. I called today to extend my medicines. They were extended once already and I was trying to extend it even further. Doctor Wallace wasn't in the office but the two NEW girls working there are very unprofessional one even started laughing at my current situation. I miss the old crew who had exhibit professional mannerisms no matter what your situation was. So if you can deal with rudeness from the office staff then Doctor Wallace is for you.

I started seeing Dr. Wallace when I was about 16 years old. I’m 30 now. When I was 20 she prescribed me birth control and it was something that I took for 10 years. Earlier this year I voiced to her that I was concerned with the longevity of the use of the pill and also concerned about blood clotting. I tried to tell her I wanted to get off the pill to regulate my hormones so that I could potentially start a family. As soon as it was mentioned, she looked at me as if I was crazy. She immediately asked if I was prepared to be pregnant within 3 months and told me she didn’t recommend coming off the pill to “regulate my hormones”. At no point did she talk about other birth control options. When I mentioned the blood clotting, she was dismissive and said she’s not concerned until I’m at least 35. That was in March 2023. In August 2023 I was admitted to the hospital with serious liver disease symptoms and you guessed it, blood clotting. Blood clots in my legs and in my liver.
I’m not blaming her for any of my ailments, and the birth control is not the only factor here, but it’s one of the biggest ones.
I felt dismissed, disregarded and ignored. I wish she would have talked to me about possible other BC options, rather than making me feel stupid for asking. And maybe ordered a blood test or maybe would have taken the time to actually hear my concerns with how my body felt.
My visits since the covid outbreak felt rushed, overlooked and non personal.
She stands in the corner on her podium and runs thru questions and is seemingly very overrun with the amount of patients she has in and out of the office.
I have since found a new family practitioner. It was a huge let down for me as I grew up with her and used to felt listened to.
I’m not here to bash, I’m just here to let other women know that if you don’t agree with her advice, don’t wait too long to seek others advice.

Dr. Wallace is by far the most intelligent, kind-hearted doctor I have ever met. She takes as much time as needed to ensure she understands the symptoms that are presented and always involves me in the choices that can provide the best outcome. I am so blessed to have found her as my doctor!

Wallace, has been my doctor since 2003. She is a great doctor very kind but goes above and beyond for her patients. She listens to you about how you're feeling, let's you cry it out when you need to and then tells you her plan of action. I have never dealt with a person with a bigger ❤
