I give them a 5/5 for doing what I ask but their service is so clueless I have to check in every single time because they forget to submit their referrals. I’ve also been assigned 3 different doctors because they don’t show up so I get whoever is there and they all get my information wrong. The nurses who help you before the doctors are so helpful then the doctors without fail all come in with wrong info so I’m unsure who is at fault there. Like I said they will do anything you ask basically without any proof so if you need a certain type of exam, medicine, treatment just tell them refer you somewhere they will do it without question and that way you can see a real proffesional for your issue.

I moved here from El Dorado county. For 3 years my mom and I haven't been able to find a primary doctor. There are 3 clinics in Tehama County. It takes 3 months or so to get in only for the assessment. Then they have no providers. The ones they do have are RUDE DON'T SPEAK ENGLISH and don't stay when you go back for your 2nd visit to its a different provider so your re-explaining your issues again. Nothing like An assembly line physician who could care less about any of your issues. They're only there for training and then they move on period. The tarichi clinic is a god sent! Ive had no problems what so ever! They do listen to you. You see the same provider each time and their great. My opion is take your choice, providers arent easy to come by any more. No need to put them down, to each is there own. Im completely satisfide at this tarichi clinic.

Well, I've been seeing dr ramley for about 6 years i believe. Every month. Never would finish anything he started. So would have to see him every month. Would take him 3 to 5 months to do one root canal. After loosing 5 teeth in the past year and a have due to him starting a root canal and not finishing it right away the tooth would either brake and have to be pulled or would get infected and then pulled. Finally on November 5, wo24 he started another root canal and within a week the tooth broke. I finally said I've had enough. Meanwhile all my other teeth just kept getting worse due him taking so long t I work on them and would never due more than one procedure per visit. Had to get a second opinion. Right off the bat I knew I'd been seeing a dentist for years who was just milking the system and all his equipment is so outdated it needed to be thrown away. New dentist did a whole root canal in one day including the cap. I told the new dentist this makes no since because my dentist told me that denti-cal would only allow him 30 min or 15 min increments per visit. New dentist said that is bull crap. Then I contacted my insurance company to find out more info. They have no record of dr ramley even being my dentist for all theses years. So then the question I couldn't stop think of is maybe this is why he did things the way he did. New dentist just deep cleaned all my bottom teeth and put two caps on my teeth in one visit. Just had to wait an hour while they made the two caps. Really sad like dr ramley but now I know why it was so hard to get him to answer my questions and why my teeth were getting so bad. New dentist should have all my dental work finished within 3 months then they are going to make me partials for upper and lower mouth. Crazy! I should have left sooner but I trusted dr ramley. My advice if they are not up to date with technology go somewhere else. Cheap means doctor is trying to make money and keep overhead low. His medical assistant is always high on some kind of drugs as well. Always worried she was going to do something wrong. To top it off they are seven day Adventist and his helper with no formal education is married to the church preacher and has got to know his wife is having issues with drugs. Very scary stuff. I wish I would have known all this sooner. Don't think I would have lost so me teeth that I need partials now. Good luck.

They can't answer their phone apparently? I made an appointment for my fiancé a week ago, for wed 9:45am. Got multiple notifications for two appointments on the same day, one at 8:45am and one at 9:45am. I tried calling to ask which one it is, called 6 times. No answer. I called at 8am-8:15am. They open at 8am.

My wife has been dealing with an ongoing issue, they were rude, distant, and impossible to get ahold of. We’re switching doctors immediately. Don’t go here. Look at the reviews it will tell you everything you need to know.
If you have an issue where you need to talk to your doctor on an ongoing basis, PLEASE definitely do not go here! Save your time and frustration.

To respond to the below comment…I did not call for myself, I called in regards to someone else. It was definitely Tarichi Primary Care Corning clinic. I did not make a mistake on that. 😉

I like my doctor sunshine she’s very nice but very hard to get ahold of. I’ve been calling for 2 days straight and even showed up at the clinic because I am out of my prescription When I showed up she just told me there were no doctors today and I need to call. So I called again and i still haven’t heard back. It’s Friday now so I know I wont get help until Monday 🙁

If you are interested in the weight loss program offered here, I would recommend speaking with your PCP first especially if you are seeking to pay out of pocket.

The program offered isn't the most cost efficient. The first visit cost over $250.00 and you'll be required to visit every two weeks in which you WILL be paying for each OV. Once seen, you can then purchase the next two weeks worth of medication. My current PCP has prescribed for me. A 30 day supply is only $5.00 (w/o insurance). I wouldn't waste your money on this program as everything you receive can be obtained through your PCP and/or online (reading materials, etc.) for significantly less.

Sunshine (NP) is very kind, warm, and welcoming. The one visit I had with the MD encouraged me to seek Primary Care elsewhere. The front desk receptionist comes across as cold and uninviting (not the first thing you wanna experience in a medical office).
