The best Target Drive up service ever. The people are just so friendly and so efficient. Lisa, Olivia, and Tiffanie are the absolute best! They make me want to buy things just so I can come see their sweet smiling faces for Drive Up.

This Clermont Target location is unfortunately showing a significant decline. It's fairly run down and starting to really show its age, both inside and out. The curb appeal is lacking, and the interior feels tired and neglected.

Beyond the physical state of the store, the employee experience has also changed. The staff doesn't seem as friendly or helpful as they once were, and there's a palpable sense of mismanagement. The shelves are consistently messy and disorganized, stock carts are strewn throughout the aisles, and finding a helpful employee is a challenge.

We frequent this location because it's our closest Target, but lately, the experience has become increasingly disappointing. What was once known for being a more upscale shopping destination now feels more like a new-generation Kmart. We're finding ourselves venturing further to other locations or simply skipping Target altogether.

It's a shame to see such a decline. Hopefully, management will take notice and invest in a serious refresh and address the staffing and organizational issues.

Davi at the register is incredibly rude & does not show the typical target employee attitude I’ve experienced in the past. Have never had a problem at this Target until today when I was faced with a nasty attitude by this employee. People don’t go into stores to deal with employees who are miserable. Just to shop. She needs to be coached on this.

Whoever organized the Black Friday Taylor swift rush deserves a raise. There were like a million people and allowing 10 people at a time was so simple and I felt like it was very well organized and fair. The target team member made announcements and kept us all informed leading up to opening. Seeing how other targets were a hot mess I am so glad I was at this location!

Rude employee in ulta section today wouldn’t let me leave with the one item I was purchasing without paying separately at her little booth. Very rude when I questioned her about this because I live near here and shop here on a regular basis where I get most of what I need with one stop. Refused to let me leave that area without me paying her and had a nasty attitude about it. I only had three other items to get in target. If that’s going to be such a hassle and I have to charge my card multiple times in target I’ll still with going to Publix closer to my house and Sephora separately. Sephora is way better anyways but this seemed more convenient getting all on one at target. Not anymore!

The offers they make are tricky and difficult to follow. When you go to the checkout, you find out that this or that product is not elegible and you already have a line of people looking at you awkward because you are trying to figure it out and understand why...

Love this target! I ordered through the bakery for my son’s 4th birthday and they did the best job with a pull apart cake. I spoke with Sarah and she made sure everything was taken care of for me.

The only downside, is that when I picked up the cake in the morning at the time I told them, (10-11am) no one was working at the Bakery so I ended up asking one of the employees from the Deli to assist me.

I like to do some of my food shopping here because of the surprisingly good selection of organic products. The produce department is continuously expanding their organic selections, but choose carefully, as I occasionally find some not so fresh items, but mostly good. They have organic chicken, pasture eggs, grass fed meats, wild caught fish, and many items up and down the isles are organic. I like their dark chocolate section, and my wife shops for shirts and blouses here. I noticed during the holidays that many of the popular items were priced very competitively. They have a Starbucks at the local, and the bakery carries Einstein Bagels, a brand that we like. They are remodeling this location from Jan-May 2020
