I really don’t know what kind of clinic operation is that! NO ONE CARES. No one answer the phone, no one follow up with you after procedure, the doctors and staffs are totally careless and money hungry.
If you are not going to be at your best then you are in the wrong field. Shameless really to be practicing medicine like this.

Beware of this doctor, I asked him I have a problem in your stomach, he’ll tell me first thing you need colonoscopy and endoscopy, so he could maximize the profit from your insurance, I believed him the first time, day before the procedure I had to drink this very nasty drink so i could have the diarrhea, Understood, I show up at 7 AM with cramps in my stomach. He did not show up till 11(so be ready when you go there waiting time over 4 hours), you’re gonna find 18-20 people sitting on the chairs like the Nails shop everybody in pain and this doctor show up smells cigarettes and coffee, if I did not drink that nasty gallon of the solution to have my diarrhea, i could walk away long time, but they know the trick, you already drink it so you are stuck, you have to wait. after the procedure, I scheduled an appointment for a follow up. Then he asked me again to do colonoscopy and endoscopy, I asked him, Dr. this procedure every 10 years I’m only 40 so why every time you see me you need to make me this procedure you already did, he didn’t know what to say, very bad business person, super greedy, don’t waste your money and time. Horrible doctor, no preparation, he doesn’t take any notice. Just stay away please.
The providers never listen and answer my questions, you never spend any time with me in the room, less than one minute, you never explain conditions well, the stuff they were OK, waiting time was horrible over four hours for the procedure, and for the visit was 45 minutes, I felt disrespected, I never trusted the provider decision, but I had to go for it they had no choice

He was one of the best doctors my father ever received treatment from. I have had the "not so pleasure" of having to deal with so many doctors for both of my parent's life threatening health issues. I can honestly say out of all of them, Dr. Hassenein was the most caring and vested in his patient's well being.
We were in Palm Springs where the dr. traveled (Not sure if he still does) with his clinic to help patients that were undertreated due to lack of resources and specialist in the area. I'm so grateful for having found him. Thank you Doctor H.

Patient called today asking for Covid medication Paxlovid. This medication works if taken within 5 days of onset of positive test. Staff told her next appointment is not till end of June. Are you kidding.
This rating is not to reflect on Dr Hassanein, but for Dr Hassanein to work with his staff to understand urgency.
All needed to be done is to call in the medication.
