I have been a patient for abut nine months at Tallassee family care clinic. I have organ failure and have had some additional lab workups. The nurse practitioner , from tallassee
Clinic, told me I could have a progress report sent to him and he would consult with me. I had my labs sent to the clinic and called to get a status on the findings. The NP nurse told
Me they didn’t receive the labs. Had the labs resent. Tried to reach out to the nurse again and was given a very hard time by the front desk and was not able to get updates or talk to the NP or the nurse. This clinic may be ok for young healthy people. My experience is this
Medical facility doesn’t provide a quality healthcare experience. I would not recommend to friends or family. Some respect for RT the patient and their particular plight is missing.

I've been a patient of Dr. Gary harrelson for over 15 years. He's gruff, tacit and short, but a very good clinician. He asks pertinent questions and offers logical solutions.
He is NOT a hand-holder. Bedside manner? He's a compassionate person.
A no-nonsense practitioner. Smart. Knowledgeable.

Dr. Harrelson is one of the best Doctors I've ever had. if your looking for someone to give you pills for everything you think is wrong with you, he's not your guy. He is thoughtful and intelligent and up to date on advances in medicine , he listens to your questions and answers them fully

Dr Harrelson is the rudest, most entitled man I have ever had the misfortune of encountering. He has no respect for anyone but himself and lacks basic human decency skills. It honestly shocks me that he even attained his medical license. I figured being a doctor included caring about other people, but that is definitely not the case for this man. I would not trust him to touch a single hair on my head. Avoid this practice at all costs.

Barbara Watts is an excellent provider. We discussed all my health concerns and she actually performed a "hands on" physical. After my visit Amanda called with my referral appointments 1 hr. later. Prompt and thorough service. I have recommended Ms. Watts to my friends .

I have never had any problems with any of the doctors at this clinic and I have used it for over fifteen years. I think it’s a shame when disgruntled people take out their own problems on professional people. That’s the main reason I decided to leave a review.. I’ll just add that hardly anyone leaves a review after a good experience. So don’t be dissuaded by a few.
