It was such a pleasure to meet Dr. Baum today.

When seeing a new doctor for the first time can feel really stressful for me.

The second Dr. Baum walked into the room my stress disappeared. He has great beside manners, he makes the experience less stressful.

He took the time to introduce himself, he had a great smile on his face and made us feel welcomed.

He asked questions, never rushed me to answer. Allowed me to ask questions and he answered where I understood clearly.

He explained my test results and what needs to be done to get me back on my feet.

I left his office feeling like there's hope for my back issues. His staff was great in setting up my appointment for pain management.

I'm so grateful that all went well today and I'm looking forward to my next appointment with Dr. Baum and his staff.

Dr Baum took the time to talk to me about my MRI results And my condition. He did not immediately jump on the surgery bandwagon like so many other doctors I have visited have done. He has ordered more tests so that WE can be thorough in our decision-making. I so appreciate that. Very little wait time too which is definitely a plus. 🙂

I visited Dr. Beatty to discuss possible surgery. I was quite nervous, but he was amazing. He was patient, calming, and carefully listened to my questions, reviewed my prior scans, and thoughtfully considered options with me. We ultimately decided that I did not need surgery. I am so appreciative of his kind and competent guidance.

My first time seeing Dr. Lee today. It was a long and Tedious experience being here today. My appointment was 2:45; I was finally called back to the Doctors waiting room at 4:00. I sat in that waiting room for 50 minutes, until the Doctor appeared at 4:50. He advised me to do Therapy or get some injections for my problems. This conversations took about 10 minutes and after being there for over 2 1/2 hours; we were finally done. I felt as if I had waste my afternoon. I was Leaving, Nothing had changed; I was leaving the same way that I came; Only, $25 lighter. I heard from Staff that they were running behind. I believe that maybe they were overbooked. Most of the People in the Waiting Area was Complaining about their Wait.

Dr. Lee was a pleasure and knowledgeable as always. Great bedside manners. About 11 years ago he performed back surgery on my mom and he did well both times. This is why I've choosing him to do my upcoming surgical needs 😊 I highly recommend him.
