Taffi was amazing with getting me a Trapeze for my Patient. The Patient received it within 3 days. So Glad the Patient didn't have wait weeks to months. The process was quick and easy. They are friendly and all about customer service. I highly recommend using this DME company.

We have been waiting for an electric scooter for my exhusband whom is an amputee. It was ordered in the beginning of August 2018.. and as of this date Feburary 7th 2019, he still has not received it. I started calling Taffy Medical in November 2018 and spoke to Kristina and asked her why he hasn't received it and she told me it was backodered.I would call every week to check on it and she became quite rude with me. I then asked to speak to her boss and he still had the same answers and was also quite rude. I explained to them that after his hospitalization and rehab that he would be moving to Oregon to stay with my daughter sometime in January. I have continuously called them left several messages and never received a call back. Well today I finally got through and spoke again to the very rude Kristina and she informed me that it's been over120 days so we need to reapply to Medicare and Medicaid and start from scratch all over again. This is totally unethical, irresponsible, unreasonable and unfair as again he has been waiting since The beginning of AUGUST 2018 And this is the first time I have learned of the 120 days that passed. No one even bothered to call and tell us!!! I would definitely never ever do business with these unprofessional people ever!!! I would also give them a minus rating if I could also!

got approved for a scooter last March 2018. Still have not got it. this is Feb 20th 2019!!

Kept getting told it was on back order.

Today I call, they tell me since it's been over 120 days since approved I have to start the process all over again!!!

Would I recommend this place. hmmmm let me think NOT !!!

The gentleman who delivered my walker today is a true asset to your company. I have never had such kind courteous service from anyone in my life, and I am 74 years old. If he represents the rest of your staff you are to be commended . My kudos to him and you. Thank you so much.

Would never use this company. Was asking the woman who answered the phone about a lift chair rental.
Said she wasn’t sure if they had any. So I had to ask her to check instead of her knowing to do that on her own. She clearly was annoyed that I asked her to check to see if there were any chairs available.

Then after checking she siad the warehouse manager would have to get them down from the top rack with the fork lift.... which indicated to me that these would be dirty and unsanitized for a medical grade product.

So I simply asked if they were boxed or sitting all the way up at the top of the racks open. She said they were at the very top and there was some sort of a cover on them.

Then I simply asked do the chairs get sanitized before / after each use, as they should and meet CHAPS standard guidelines for medical grease equipment, and based on the accreditation, governed by the state of FL.
...She then didn’t answer and hung up on me.

DONT USE!!! BAD ATTITUDE, NO KNOWLEDGE!!! Based on the experience, most likely unsanitized products and not meeting regulatory guidelines for providing medical grade equipment.

The dumbass that drives vehicle 8 doesn't know the difference in passing lane and driving lane. Drove over 20 miles in the left lane,he never moved even after I cut him off. Give your drivers training classes
