Patrick (service technician) got me in for a bad steer tire and began servicing it with excellent skill and attention to detail. The previous day spent hours trying to determine the issue and he discovered it within minutes.

While waiting, the Service Manager (Tori Maxwell) was friendly, sharing her passion for drivers and creating a great experience while I waited.

Although I didn’t want to breakdown or have to stop, but having highly experienced and friendly staff while I waited was all I could expect as a professional driver.

As a trucker, the gouging is standard practice. But I must say, at this particular location they took it to the next level. They had a packaged plate of food with three price tags indicating a price for the meatloaf, and each of the sides in the tray. The whole thing was supposed to add up to like 15 and some change. I had an amazing Mexican hot meal yesterday for that price and you want me to pay the same for cold gas station meatloaf and instant potatoes and a vegetable. Plus they couldn't identify to me what the meatloaf, meat was. The cooks looked like mechanics, which I won't go all the way down that road, but if you are an employee reading this, just think how you presented yourself and if it instills trust in patrons? Worst of all the restaurant, Popeye's smelled like they just cleaned the floors with the bathroom mop. So needless to say, no dinner from there, and then I just couldn't find a safer packaged food option either, partially cause some items were not labeled... Just know American this is how truckers are treated on the regular. We get gouged beyond the inflation that everyone is experiencing and now we are barely making ends meet because the loads are not paying the same. Praying 🙏 for the in season to bring relief!

6pm plenty of parking still available, store is nice and clean staff are friendly. Great verizon signal, too!! Definitely would stop here

I went ahead and got some fuel from your location. And I was looking forward to getting some things to eat. But the Popeyes Chicken wasn't open during operating hours. So I went to your little kitchen and there was no attendance. Bathroom was closed the entire time I spent 20 minutes in your store I just left because I couldn't get something to eat and I couldn't use the bathroom so on to the next truck stop that might have one of the three open.

The coffee has a nice aroma, a soft and smooth taste, and is generally well-balanced without being overly burnt or watered down.

The station itself is pretty cool, offering many useful items for truck drivers. I particularly liked the portable DVD player.

Overall, I’d give it an 8/10

Love TA! Good clean travel center but this location is short on staff and still manages to get the job done. The Popeye’s isn’t open all night, just a fyi. This TA could use more good workers too, especially overnight. Needs maintenance because various machines are out of service all around the facility! Get this location some help ASAP so they can get 5 stars!!!

We are traveling and it got late. I called the travel center to see if we could stay overnight with our small trailer. I spoke with Eric and he was wonderful! He was very when we got there and sure we were taken care of.

Despite the busyness of the place, the toilet is still very clean - which is a very important factor in truck stops like this.

The food is not that great, but easily fixed by going to Popeyes next door. The place sold lots of interesting stuff, from books to trucking supplies.

A good place to stop. On the day of my visit the price of gas is lower than gas prices in Flagstaff.
