My family and I appreciate and value Dr. Collier and all his staff. Every visit we have ever had, any concern we have brought to him and his staff has been respectfully addressed and promptly handled. Outside of regular cleanings I had been referred to his office after experiencing some dental trauma and I could not imagine anyone else taking care of myself or my family; anything his office doesn't handle, I am directed with reassurance where to go with all questions and concerns addressed. The BEST in Columbus.

I had a great experience. My appointment was for a cleaning, and I also had xrays taken. My dental hygienist was very professional, kind, patient and knowledgeable. She was very thorough in her response to my questions. My dentist was very professional and caring. He explained my options regarding dental work, and he clarified the order in which my dental work should be done. I love their hi-tech dental equipment. When leaving the dental office, I felt comfortable, cared for, and confident that I chose the right dental office, when I chose T. Lance Collier, DMD, LLC

When I need help he with my mouth wasnt healing right. Sent me off to a different oral surgeon. And when i needed to come back to be help because I had some CT test results and my gums was hurting from where it hadn't been healing right from when I had cancer a couple of years ago
Know he won't see me anymore. Because for some reason I not patent welcomed there anymore. Because they wanted me to go see a oral surgeon to get a second append and I can't be a patent there office I WOULD NO TRUST THEM!!! My family get paid once a month. I can't go almost 400 miles to see a dam doctor. That's for both ways.

I saw on their website they have a membership program alternative to insurance, I called and spoke with the staff about it and decided I’d purchase it on my next visit. I had an appointment booked, took the afternoon off of work and when I got there the price I was told is $325 versus the $275 it shows online. Front desk staff saw the price still currently on the website, and still wouldn’t honor the prices still showing on the website. They told me I could just pay full cost for the visit or not get anything done. Looking for a new dental provider now

This is the best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist. The office was very clean And comfortable. The receptionist had great customer service. The dental hygienist was extremely friendly, diligent, thorough and knowledgeable. Dr. Collier was friendly and efficient. The office utilized high quality equipment and technology which reassured me that their standard of care and medical records keeping are second to none. They also created a comprehensive treatment plan for me moving forward. As a fellow health care provider, this is most important to me. Thanks for a great experience and getting my dental care back up to par.
