Do trust this facility, they recommend programs, without therapeutic need. They release their IOP sessions early. Do not check for progress. They also double bill under multiple names. They prior authorize with insurance then bill out of network. There billing department will not speak to you and refuse to resubmit claims even after the insurance provider reaches out. The absolute worst service I have ever experienced. I realize programs have no guarantee of success, but they should be observant enough to say this is not working. The billing is questionable, I have filed complaints with my insurance, the department of insurance and finance. Do not trust anything they tell you. I was not the patient, my child was. They are just collecting money.

Scheduled a new patient appointment, filled out all the paperwork, and then was immediately told I need to go to another person. Re filled out all the paperwork just for appointment day to come and I get ghosted for "Not filling out the paperwork" which I did TWICE! All in all I had about 7 phone calls trying to set this appointment up. I did my part and let me say this place doesn't care about your mental health.

Suzanne was so helpful scheduling my appt . She answered and helped over the phone when I called after I got out of the hospital to refill my meds . She was so polite and helpful when I was there Friday for an appointment. She even helped me with the door ! ?
