I went to Synergy because of tingling in my right arm and discomfort in my neck. I saw Dr Avalon and Nurse Practitioner, Linda Elma. Both were WONDERFUL as was KiKi at the front desk. After several visits, Linda sent me for an MRI of my neck which showed something they could not help with. So they gave me the MRI results to take to my Dr back home with suggestions as to the treatment I may need and Dr Avalon made recommendations of therapist she knows in my town. I call this excellent service, above and beyond. I was definitely pleased. I just wish it was something they could have corrected for me themselves, but so thankful they didn’t keep on and waste my money and time. I highly recommend.

Excellent experience from the moment you arrive and check-in for the treatment. Staff is pleasant and knowledgeable, waiting time acceptable, place is super clean and well maintained. Complimentary massage chairs are a great way to wait for the actual chiropractor session.
Dr Stephanie is simply the best; straight and to the point, great knowledge of the human body and the multitude of problems that bring people to her practice. My problem was successfully addressed and solved in a couple of session, coupled with advice of what to do at home and the remedies to use to support a longer term healing and prevention process. Synergy Health Physical Therapy is a positive experience with knowledgeable and professional physical therapists. Brittany and Shawn are both at the top of their game every session in the manner that they treat your concerns. Brittany has been my main therapist for the past 4 months and I am extremely happy with the results after having 2 major back surgeries. My primary care dr has never provided what Synergy provides me. My bloodwork is being reviewed and explained to me. Adjustments are made to my treatment and I feel great! The office staff are attentive, friendly and efficient. Dr Stephanie listens and gets the kinks out of my neck. Then I sit in an amazing chair massager for 20 mins. Excellent Care!
