Working with Synergy was such a blessing during a difficult time. Scheduling was so simple and we had no issues with them being on time. The staff was professional, friendly, honest, and caring. I knew that when they were with my parents, I did not have to worry about them being taken care of. I am not sure what we would have done without them and am so thankful for everything they did. No doubt that we will be using them in the future should the need arise.

We have been with Synergy more than 2 years and our present Caregiver Chavala Johnson has been excellent. She takes care of my husband and I can do the things that I need to do when she’s around. I also want to recognize NaKisha Dowdell for always being genuinely warm on the phone and she takes care of my long term care insurance. Both ladies are great and the company is better because of them.
