Today I’ve arrived at dr Symonett office about 945 appointment was 10 and was seen on time to do weighing temp and things. The nurses and all professionals and always smiling and helpful.
And Dr Symonett we’ll I’ve been coming here for over 2-3 years and He is always with a smile and caring and helpful to make sure you understand before you leave office. I have never had to wait 2-3 hrs over appointment time

My family and I have been coming here for years now….the doctor is very friendly and the staff always makes you feel welcomed. It takes no longer than 1hr to get checked. I definitely recommend coming here

Visited on Thursday 8/12/2021 and had an appointment at 9am. Was not seen by Dr. Symonett until 11:15 because “he was in the weight loss clinic with two other patients” was what the assistants told me when I asked if I was going to be seen soon since I had to pick up my son from school and go to work. When I was finally seen the nurse interrupted and the doctor and her walked out of the room for an additional 5 min without even stating anything.

Then they were unable to provide my referral and didn’t even contact me. When I called them to verify what was the status the girl answering the phone told me that the referral was submitted and I should wait but I had confirmed with my insurance they had received nothing. When I asked her that the insurance stated they should have received some time of confirmation she said let me put you on hold to confirm and came back and stated oh yeah we did receive that notification so we now have to wait, I then asked her why had she just told me the previous statement and she said oh I just assumed!!!

If you value your time and health stay as far away as possible! I didn’t get many pictures but the place is not as clean as a clinic in a pandemic should be and it’s honestly a bit creepy with all the doctors personal photos on the wall

Dr Symonett is the sweetest man! He is so helpful & kind!

My Aunt is in heart failure & i wanted to purchase the Oxygen Drops from him after hearing the testimonies about them.

He called me personally & told me about them. And shipped them out to her before i had even sent my payment to him!!

My Aunt is doing SO MUCH BETTER!!!! She is now losi g the extra fluid build-up in her legs which she couldnt lose on a year of Lasix.

She has energy & LOVES THEM!!!!

She has one more bottle left so i am driving to Dr Symonett 2mrw & buying more to send her, + getting some for my fiances sister who had breast cancer, and so i can personally thank him for everything!!!

Dr Symonett is AMAZING and his profucts are life changing!

Doors open at 8am, doctor arrives at 930. If you book anything after the first available time, expect to wait 3+ hours to be seen. You really have to accept that you will waste much of your day here to give this office anything more than a 1 star rating. My first visit, I soon realized why the doctor takes so long, that he is also running a ministry out of his office and using the private background info you disclosed in confidence in your background info sheet to preach the gospel and try to convert you. He gave me a dvd after about 30 minutes of lecture. The second visit, I booked my appt at 9 but there was a guy ahead of me. Dr. didn't waltz in til 11. I read my entire file that the nurse had hung outside my door by the time the doc finally came in. I told him I read my file and I know the prescription I need so he wrote it and I was gone in less than a minute. Today I told the nurses I didn't want to wait and I'd be back when the doctor finally decides to rear his head. So, they took my vitals and I left to return when the doctor is said to arrive.

I am going to have to give a synopsis because my experience could turn into an essay. I showed up for my apt 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork. About 6 people in the waiting area but no one at the desk - I called out to someone, knocked on the counter, but no one came up. The clients waiting said they were at lunch which I thought was odd since many people were waiting. I stepped out & called their office but got the answering service & left a mssg for them to call me asap & went home. Half hour goes by & no call so I call them back & someone answers. I told her what happened & she said she was in back with a patient but to come back down & I would be seen, so I did. After intake, I waited in a room FOR TWO HOURS checking with nurses once in awhile to see what was going on. I finally had to leave to get to another appt. I was in disbelief about this experience! Dr. Symonett may be the nicest man ever but I wouldn't know because I never even got to see him. I wrote him a letter letting him know about this experience & asked him for an explanation - never received a response. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE. It will suck up many hours of your day.
